Christmas eve I ordered a big order the spicy chicken had to be cooked. When I got home the sandwich was not done and rubbery. I attempted to return the sandwich a few days later. Manager Michelle refused saying I took 2 bites and should have came back Christmas eve to return it. The sandwich cost over $6:00. Manager seemed to be angry about the issue or having a bad day.

I visited this Wendy’s around 10:30 a.m. when lunch service begins and ordered chicken nuggets. The nuggets were undercooked, so I requested that the order be remade.
The response from staff was uncoordinated. Multiple employees came to the drive-thru window instead of one person addressing the issue, and communication was inconsistent. The drive-thru window was closed abruptly several times during the interaction. When I asked for employee names, I was told they could not be provided.
Due to the food quality concern and the way the situation was handled, I am sharing this experience so management can review food preparation and customer service processes at this location.

Very very busy Wendy’s! Not the easiest to get into unless going west on 441. Foods average but nothing spectacular. One major great thing is they’ve always gotten my special orders 100% correct and that’s why I return. Employees are usually friendly and apologetic to the wait

First of all… let’s begin by saying: That on this day 12/19/25 around 1pm there were FAMILY MEMBERS OF THE EMPLOYEES HERE ASKING FOR FREE FOOD IN THE COUNTER in the way … while customers who actually want to pay are standing behind them. EVERYTHING going on in there was absolutely unprofessional. And honestly SHOCKING. The worker was obviously high while i asked for sauce for my chicken and said they charge for sauce? The way they spoke to us was as if we were out in the streets. It was just such a bad experience. I hope something gets done about this location. It’s sad for such a big food chain to have this quality service and unprofessionalism .

It was cold and rainy outside today and my wife wanted a cup of chili from Wendy’s so we pulled up to this location. There was a young man in the window named Jamal. He was very funny. Very nice guy. Full of charisma, he had helped me out with something on my order that I was asking questions about the Manager Ebony was there as well. I just wanted to take a moment to post this comment because the overall service from this location is by far one of the best the manager there is doing something incredibly right she’s very nice And her staff is phenomenal Personal. Thank you to Jamal and Ebony for making my day. Thank you.

Burgers were great and enjoyed the food despite being out of chili for the fries we pivoted and ordered something else . The problem was that I did an online order and they wouldn’t give me my money back for the custom large chilies I payed for in the app. That is the only upsetting issue to lose out on $12 + dollars since I paid in the app.

The breakfast burrito I had gotten literally was a ball of potatoe wedges drenched in sauce halfway wrapped and just looked like garbage. IDK what the problem was they weren’t busy either that’s the thing.

Arrived at 8:15pm and after entering the restaurant and waiting patiently to order our food an employee which I assume was the manager threw us out. She rudely stated that they were only providing drive through service and then proceed to keep talking with other employees as we were left confused. We left and continued to eat at a better restaurant. Completely disappointed

This location seems to have constant issues getting orders completed and correct. We have now had 4 times where our orders are incorrect. This last one missing a Coke and a Frosty……but at least they remembered the spoon. Food showed up cold as well.
