Absolutely the worst location Buffalo has. My wings were either overcooked or refried. The 3 wings were perfect but the smallest I’ve ever seen but the drumsticks were dry as hell. And they must be stoned and can’t count to 10. I received 9 wings and not 10. Here’s a few pics. If you think I’m joking . You’ll see the drumsticks are darker on the ends and dry. Onion rings and service were excellent. Went there on 11/20 at 6:40 pick up. And I’m not going to your Buffalo Wild Wings faq sheet like you tell everyone. Same crap saying but different day. We order Buffalo Wild Wings from this Morris location for the Bears game. We ordered 3 20pc boneless bundles. One of the bundles were ordered 20 Honey BBQ, they gave us Asian Zing instead when it is clearly marked Honey BBQ. As you can see the sauce piled up at the bottom of the container in the first picture is clearly not Honey BBQ. Not to mention they gave us small fries instead of large. And last but not least we ordered TWELVE ranches. When we unpacked our food we received ZERO ranches. This BDubs is the slowest BDubs in the Chicago Area you would think that they would be salivating for a $60 order. I would also like to add we ordered this at 11am right when they opened so I’m sure there were no other orders to confuse them with. This is seriously embarrassing for you guys to mess this easy expensive order up. Get it together Sarah this is inexcusable.

I love this place. I got the Nashville hot chicken sandwich and I couldn’t have asked for anything better. It was spicy but not too hot with a great blend of salads and sauces which paired very well with the chicken. I would definitely come back here. My first time at a buffalo wild wings and no regrets. The food came out fast and the staff was so nice.

First off this place was freezing inside!! When we sat down we both looked at each other and were like dang it’s cold in here. For me that’s rare too because I’m always hot. Anyway…order was taken right away and service was good. Waiter was very attentive. We ordered 30 wings and 5 different sauces. When they came out non were labeled at all. Normally there’s stickers by which is which. Not this time. Wings had good flavor but that’s about it. It was so cold in the restaurant that after about 2-3 wings the rest were ice cold. Plus side was we got a free burger with the special they had. We just wanted to get out of there really because it was so cold. Also when we got the bill it was wrong and they needed to fix it 2 separate times. All in all this was a terrible experience. We’ll stick to buying the sauces and making wings at home from now on.

Walked in to an almost empty establishment, said hello very nicely, and as I was sitting down at the bar, the bartender rolled her eyes shrugged her shoulders and said I’m going on break, walks away, and yells to another coworker to serve me. He then says I’ll get to you when I can. And she just talked under her breathe saying rude stuff. Mind you it’s almost empty, I’m actually shocked I’ve never seen something so unprofessional in my life. I’ll never go back and recommend everyone to stay clear from this toxic environment.

Food was great, service outstanding. The manager stopped over to check on things, and actually engaged in conversation caring about our experience. Server was friendly and prompt, beverages were always full without even asking. Unlike most restaurants this one was a little hidden, well worth the search tho

We came to this Morris location three separate times and the 1st time was not very good, the 2nd time was ok the server actually brought our food out fresh and hot he did a good job, the last visit was awful not only were the fries disgusting and cold so were the wings, I was very disappointed the lady also didn’t bother to add our points to this visit so we will never return to this location again ever, they really need to work on their services in bringing out food when its hot and not letting it just sit to get cold, the wings and fries weren’t even warm they were cold and that’s just wrong and offensive.

Charged me for drinks that were supposed to be included in our kids meal. When I asked they said they brought out wrong cups. How is that my fault and its free refills anyways! The waitress didn’t remove from bill so I tipped her that amount less on her tip. The burger was dry and the wings were hard. Overall not a good experience!!

Absolutely terrible. My wife and I came in to grab a drink and make a take out order. The bar had 2 guest. The bartender ignored us. Stacked glasses. Even stacked glasses in front of us. Didn’t even say “I’ll be Right with you” then she disappeared to the back and didn’t come back out. My wife is in the industry so we understand needing to do this but it’s a Friday evening and this bartender is clearly not interested in making money. Hope she enjoys the 2 guest she also ignored leaving them with empty drinks as well. Now we’re off to hooters. We’d rather make the extra 30 minutes drive. Do better. Also the managers watched us walk in not be served and watched us leave.
