Today was fantastic! I used the mobile app to score a great deal on a breakfast sandwich, and the service was exceptionally fast. The drive-thru experience was seamless, and the sandwich was hot, fresh, and perfectly consistent with the McDonald’s brand. Kudos to the operators working at this well-run establishment!

I came to this location this morning and ordered oatmeal and my oatmeal was water down and look like it was not cooked. I took it back into the place and ask them is this how the oatmeal supposed to come out and the worker kept saying yes. Obviously they do not know how to make oatmeal and it was not cook all the way. That was money wasted. I have been to other McDonald’s where the texture came out good and look cooked all the way and it was delicious.

Well I figured that ordering with the app would help the restaurant out and it did for them but not for me. I could have gone through the drive thru 10 times by the time they came to the curb side to give me my food. I order ahead and went there to help out but they took advantage and worked on the drive thru lane ignoring the one person in the curb side. I called and they sent me to voice mail. Not cool!

I know it’s only McDonald’s and don’t expect much. But this is up there as some of the worst customer service I’ve ever had. The soda machine was broken, I waited ages for my food , then when it finally was given to me the worker didn’t say a word, but gave a facial expression as if I was the biggest inconvenience of her day, and then the fries were missing from my order (of literally just a cheeseburger and fries… so two items). When I went back around to ask for my fries, the same worker looked at me and spoke to me like I was stupid, asking “what fries” and then practically throwing them at me when I was eventually given them.

Worn out and run down. Parking was hard to find. Interior is large, but this place has torn seats, and the soda machine was broken. I live nearby, but won’t come back here.

If you need to go to the front counter for anything expect to wait awhile because the drive through is their priority. They will do their best not to make eye contact but even if they do most won’t approach the counter. There only seems to be one person who can come to the counter. If I am holding a container of fries it should indicate there was an issue and that they should come over but they won’t without a long wait. Same thing for those who try to place an order at the counter or pay by cash.
One other issue drinks from the drive through are fine, don’t seem watered down and come out cold. The drinks machine for those dining in the drinks come out watered down and quite warm. You need to put lots of ice to cool it down but then you make the watered down situation worse. It’s been like this for months so clearly no one cares about it.
It’s worth going to any of the other McDonald’s in the area for better quality and service at the moment if you want McDonald’s.

Its McDonald’s. Food was hot and pretty quick. Ordered from a kiosk. Good came out. My daughter played in the playscape. Its a bit smaller than the norm but at least this place has one. Friendly staff.

Ordered from curbside and waited 20 minutes. I restarted the app and it said to go to the drive thru as it did not accept the curbside number. I let the person know I have been waiting and they said to proceed to the second window. I did not receive an apology or reason for the delay. My drink was watered down from waiting so long. Will not use curbside at this location again. Horrible service. Team members did not care I waited so long for a preordered meal.
