We went to have dinner Last Tuesday night. Out of 11 people’s entrees 3 plates had hairs in them. We told the server and they replaced our pancakes, which contained another hair. The service was exceptional but the food lacked quality.
The manager made it right by not charging those entrees and giving us 15% off.

Denny’s in Balch Spring was different, OK first the greeter he was nice polite and a nice face express that made me feel welcome. Now on a mid Sunday morning it was a full parking lot, but when I got inside WOW it was quiet, organize, humble and people were everywhere but minding their own business and kids under control. You place your pick up order this lady was nice took my order let me know how long to cook the meat and my estimated time to wait. THEN she said I have to pay the cashier. That young lady was just as kind and polite with a full standing room only I was blown away by the friendly atmosphere as a whole and the customers in general. The customer service was on point. I have not being there in about 10 years it has changed for the best. You can tell by the leadership that he has great expectations for his staff by modeling what that should look like. You lead by example. His voice was not loud or rude. Thank you sir for you and your staff services in Balch Springs.

-Ms. Katherine G is one of the greatest hostess I’ve had the pleasure of coming across, truly the definition of hospitality and kindness. She goes above and beyond to make sure not only me but my guest(s) are taken are of in a efficient and welcoming manner.
-Ms. Katherine G took the time to help me and my guest navigate the website/app to get discounts/deals for our meal, very patient and understanding. Her continuous kindness and helpful nature have and will continue to bring me back to this establishment.

-This locations is always very clean even in busy times, staff are quick to take care of messes and any foul odors that may rise.
-The restrooms are well maintained and kept free of trash, foul odors, residue in/around the toilets.
(Side note they have a very nice modern restroom design)
-The exterior is always clean and free of trash that may blow in from the fields, every time i visit it looks like a brand new building!

CONCLUSION:
-This location continues to keep me coming back, the speedy service and kind hearts are the great foundation to keeping this place running. I highly recommend visiting this location in the late hours (12am) to experience Ms. Kathy’s perfect service!
-The location is great especially if you are looking to stop for Gas or other items, given there are two major gas stations right down the street, very traveler friendly area.

Food was like a kindergarten cooked it, an put it together… YES the food was only okay (for me), and filled my tummy but not really tasty. Me and my husband dropped in after church as we were hungry decided to give them a try. Food very plain. MynHusband must not impress with the cooking. The environment was very calm, nice and relaxing. MAYBE THEY CAN LEARN SOMETHING FROM IHOP as car as COOKING & PRESENTATION (for the cooks)… Because the food looked nuked in the microwave room and bland. It tasted how it looked, lol. Yet AWESOME SERVICE. IT’S KIND OF LIKE THE REALLY GOOD WIFE BUT SHE CAN’T COOK REALLY WELL….that’s all.

However, the GM Micheal was extremely friendly and seated us quickly. Our waitress Aliyah came and took our orders promptly, was nice, and topped off my coffee without me having to ask. Food was served hot, correctly and swiftly. Bathroom and overall restaurant was clean.
