I placed a $55 online order but when I came to pick it up they said someone already had all ready picked it up. I asked how when I had my proof of my order. The man I spoke to named Angel, who I under stand was not trying to have conflict but was extremely stern and did not seem concerned with actually taking accountability and correcting the mistake told me they use an honor system and don’t ask for proof of order if someone comes in and says a name they give them the order. I asked if the person who received my food stood at the counter and looked at the screen for a bit and said a name since you can see all the orders with names and just say one? He didn’t answer me. He said there was nothing he could do, they couldn’t just make it again because it was a lot of food. (I know, I paid for it) all I could do was to cancel the order on the app (which there isn’t a way to) then reorder my order (Im sure Id probably have to pay for it again). When another team member tried to help because I was visibly upset, Angel told her to ignore me because he already told me what I needed to do and I either needed to do that or leave.
This Jack in the Box was doing so well on customer service now it seems like they’ve gone back down hill. My daughter and nephew stoped by around 1:30 this morning on their way home from a family party and said when they got to the speaker of the drive through instead of asking for they’re order a women basically screamed at them they were closed. Which is funny when the one on Main St was open just super busy and the one down on Jacksboro was open.

I came through the drive thru at this jack in the box on January 1st at 5:30 pm. I was very frustrated and upset with my visit due to an employee that works there that goes by the name Marilyn V. When I had started ordering she was very rude and disrespectful to the point that she wouldn’t let me finish ordering and would cut me off. It got to the point where she lied about having bacon, jalapeños, and ranch saying that they don’t give that at this location when I had asked to get them on the side. I had also ordered a #4 burger with no cheese and no mayo for my grandmother that is allergic to lactose and Marilyn still processed to put it on the burger after I had repeatedly told her to please make it without cheese and mayo. When we got to the window she refused to repeat my order and give me my receipt. When I had pulled over to park to check my food I had realized there was cheese and mayo on the burger I had ordered. Without being rude or disrespectful I got off to go inside the building to get my burger fixed. I expressed to her in a respectful tone that my burger was made wrong and she just gave me the nastiest look, rolled her eyes and walked away and started talking shit about me to her co-worker in Spanish not knowing that i understood what she was saying. When she had fixed my burger she just tossed the bag on the counter. Never returning to this location again. Very rude and disrespectful employees that this place had and don’t understand how they have jobs.

My food is always fresh and the employees are great as soon as I walk in today they got my order out fast when i am driving the bus for my facility today and on a time frame great service all around and the only jack in the box around the area that always gets my order and food right they never have a attitude and I’m finding that rare in fast food nowadays great location

This location in lake worth tx is one I will stay away from. We went in at 10:30 am the entire store was filthy with food and gressy floors. We had to ask to have a table cleaned which was done with a wet napkin.I did not venture to restrooms though by the dining area I can imagine. I will not return to this location in Lakeworth.

Came at 10 pm Amigo from zacatecas customer service was superb!! His customer service skills were so good very nice guy! The lady was very sweet too! idk why reviews are bad but there was no line and made my food fast! definitely recommend!!

Both doors were unlocked i walked inside they refused to offer service and then told me they would not take my order in the drive thru either because I went inside after the lobby was closed.

They will take your money online then you get there and tell you no order. It was right store and paid, showed it to the untrained cashier and she agreed. I paid – not trying to get something for nothing like they treat you. Never back to this Jack in Box. They need a new manager and trainer.

We went to try the new Loaded Nacho Tiny Tacos & get some curly fries. After we waited in the drive thru for 5+ minutes (there was only one person in front of us) we received our order. We checked before we left & they were the plain tiny tacos; not even at least the nacho shells. We told the woman in the window, said whoever made them was on the phone & it’d be fixed. The fix, however, was to simply throw a blob of cheese on our still wrong tacos. One of the “corrected” boxes had a little bacon, but there was none of the hot sauce on either. We checked & we definitely ordered the Loaded Nacho Tiny Tacos, & that’s what we were charged for, but we certainly didn’t get that. Even after the “correction”! On top of that, the curly fries we got were half empty when we received them & had quite a few regular fries mixed in. We’re definitely not going back!!

Went to the drive-through was told to hold on waited there for 10 minutes just for no one to respond and as I turned the corner, I seen two of the employees in a car smoking pot instead of taking my order I hope management can make this right be cause as a paying customer this is unacceptable just to have your employees outside smoking pot while you have a customer waiting in the drive-through
