Came back because I LOVE THE FOOD AND AMBIENCE, and gave 5 stars this time thanks to Alex Alfredo, he is a great server, very professional, very attentive and on top of every detail, we appreciated him so much for his excellent job!
I really love this restaurant, best food in town, I hope the management do keep the best servers.
Tampiqueña was delicious and the chicken burrito supreme!

Cristina was our server, she was so rushed, she definitely got on my nerves! When taking orders she wouldn’t even listened completely, before we even finish the sentence she ran, so RUDE! She smiled yes when she greeted us, she never stopped decently to ask: are you guys doing ok, do you need anything?
She even took my friends plate when he was Not even done!
CS is very very important when serving clients, it is not only about being prompt but professional, respectful and be able to Listen.
The young lady that greeted us was pleasant, BUT, when she took us to the table, because my friend is big, she assumed and asked twice if we wanted a chair to be added to the booth, that was RUDE.
Food is very good, next time I go: NO CRISTINA WILL DEFINITELY SERVE ME!
Managers/Owners: PLEASE DO BETTER AND MAKE SURE STAFF IS WELL TRAINED…THAT WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE.

01/30/26: Liliana was a Great waitress, very attentive, most important, Kind. Our orders were spot on accurate. Having health issues our orders can be demanding for a not so sharp waiter or waitress. Not Liliana. My wife enjoyed her Chicken Enchalads and Refried Beans. I enjoyed my Shrimp Queadilla with Cilantro instead of lettuce. I forgot to ask for grilled FRESH cut Jalapeños on my Quesadilla. Pickled Jalapeños are for Subs Only. Mild sauce was good. Black beans needed white onions, fresh diced medium.heat Jalapeños, mozzarella or queso cheese and Cilantro on top. Prefer here over the one on Dallas Highway in Marietta / Kennesaw. Very roomy, clean, nice staff. Pablanos has a much better Spicey Salsa. Parillia has GF Chips. Need more GF Symbols on the menu. Burgers are very good. I never thought to take pictures. Getting use to the restaurant. Items are NOT over salted if at all. That is why salt attics have access to salt shakers. This is especially great. You feed all sorts of healthy and not healthy people. You can always add salt but can never take it out. Pickled Jalapeños? Come on. Medium Heat fresh! We do not yet know which days are house frozen margarita specials or how good they are. White Russians and price. Sorry not to have pictures. Next time.

My friend and I visited yesterday (11/12/25) for lunch and had a good service experience but the food quality was not good at all. She has a sensitive stomach and took one bite of her meat and the beans side and couldn’t eat any more because they seemed off. I had the veggie quesadilla which had too much roux or grease and made it soggy, but I liked the flavor and ate half and boxed the rest up. I want to reiterate that the server was amazing and gave us $5 off because my friend didn’t eat, but I want to make yall aware that I got very sick and vomited that food up a couple hours later. I’m worried about the food safety habits of kitchen staff. It’s the next day and I still feel like I have a stomach bug and haven’t eaten anything else since. I would recommend that the mgr really audit the ingredients and cleanliness of plateware/kitchen surfaces since it made us both different levels of queasy.

Fast and excellent service! It was fairly busy when I ordered and it still got to my table in about 10 minutes. And the food is pretty good too. Didn’t get a chance to check out the bar or drink menu but it was pretty lit when I walked by.

We had a large group coming from a funeral, so we called ahead around 5:15pm to try and be seated around 6:15pm. Spoke to the manager, and they informed us that while they didnt take reservations normally they would set us aside some tables to accommodate our group. Upon arrival promptly at 6:18, the hostess informs us that would be impossible and that for a group of our size the wait would be 1-1.5 hours. Or we could try and scatter our group around the restaurant at the bar and other small tables. When informed that we had discussed with the manager, the hostess claimed they “just got a new manager” since we had called an hour prior. Will never return to this location.

My family usually dines here at least once a month. The food is always hot, and we love the queso. Our waitress this visit greeted us with a smile which never left her face. She was very attentive to our needs. We, of course, will certainly be back.

So my sister and I did lunch and it was fantastic. Shrimp tacos and the refied beans were very fresh.
Then my husband and I went for lunch. Nacho and Enchiladas n taco. The beans were not fresh, and it seemed bland expected the enchilada sauce was too rich for my husband.
Waitress was very friendly and the place was clean.

Today, our trip to La Parilla was outstanding!! Our food was delicious and more than enough. We had an excellent server, Monse, who was helpful, attentive, and friendly. We asked to see the manager, Robbie, to let him know how great our food, service, and overall vibe were, only to find out the server has only been working there a week! Awesome… through and through! We live in Fort Myers, FL, and we were visiting our daughter here in Canton. We had complained that since we moved there 5 years ago, we never got Mexican food as good as we do here. So we were back, and so happy to treat our taste buds to all this yummy food! Thanks to Robbie, Monse, and the kitchen staff for a delightful meal!

My fiancé and I got two of your supreme burritos.
The red sauce taste like marinara sauce, the cheese was burnt to the togo container, and the veggies tasted the same as the veggies at Taco bell. I feel like I could have gone to taco bell and gotten a cheaper burrito with red sauce.
