I spent around 9:30 at night and made an order through the app of 4 double cheeseburgers and the 7$ daily double cheeseburger and I only received 3 cheeseburgers when I went to tell them that I was missing one they began to disrespect me that I was lying to receive free food. They told me that an hour had passed since the order and that I needed the receipt, they didn’t want to help me look for it in the app but the guy recognized me because I waited almost 20 minutes to receive my order and then when I went to make the claim I waited another half hour. I asked to speak to the manager and they said there wasn’t one. I really wouldn’t go back, I didn’t enjoy my dinner. They should hire more professional and less stupid people.I’m really sad but mc Donald is my favorite place to cheeseburgers.

They tend to have good customers service. I try to do mobile orders to not make line but in the app you have to be wiring near distance of the stores so they can prepared your order. Nonetheless they are okay they do tend to forget some stuff from the orders so always check your items before you leave.

I had stopped on front of the Kiosk never turned on, so I was wasted my time. The bathroom was clean and easy to use quickly. But my order that was deal on the McDonald’s app was taken by someone else. I couldn’t recall the pickup order number after someone stole my order as they picked it up. I ordered more later on at the other Kiosk, but didn’t go thru at the Kiosk. This Kiosk had no receipt and can not recall pickup number once someone else picked it up. Lots of Homeless people waited near the pickup counter, anyone can steel it.

Dont come here worst service ever. Old lady didnt want to give me ranch? I can pay for it but didnt even let me pay and just kept walking away when i was trying to communicate with her but saw me standing there. Another worker offered to attend me and was going to give me a ranch but told her to not? What kind of service is this mc Donalds??? I placed a mobile order at 12:50pm today sept. 2nd. That old lady doing take out orders has to go. Was rude to someone else picking up an order. If you dont like your job quit. Get a better one. Not my fault you chose it.

Just went in for some fries. The vibe of this mc Donald’s is weird. They changed the set up of the lobby.
Good thing the cashier was pleasant and nice.
We got our fries quick, not much wait.
They do have a restroom . You must ask to be let in

The drive thru entrance is tricky, you always have to battle it out with the people entering from the street entrance.
Common sense would be one and one . You go I go but we know people aren’t considerate.
Also the parking here is horrible
The restaurant itself has a parking lot for about 4 cars including handicap.
The shared parking lot is with so many businesses. It’s crazy. Good luck

Very bad store only one cashier.you can buy but you are not allow to eat there not even on the patio.and the access to reach the cashier is block you have to over reach the counter.
