McDonald’s on N Topeka is a decent place. The food is typically hot and fresh. They do tend to have drive thru cars park to wait for food. This location is really good at getting the orders right the 1st time. The apple pies are a hit and miss though. Sometimes you get the fresh pies and other times you get the pies that have been sitting for so long that it has become chewy. The customer service is as expected and the staff is friendly. It is a good place to grab a quick bite on the go.

Worst management EVER. I was completely ignored in the drive-thru and when I pulled up to the window, “Adrian” immediately argued with me. Not sure if that was actually his name. This happened 12/02/2025. He was very hostile. He even threatened to call the police though there was zero reason to do so, all I was asking was to speak to someone else because he was being difficult and just REFUSED to listen. If you hate your job that much, do us all a favor and quit. He should not be a manager at all. He immediately assumed I was lying. That is NOT customer service. I was like… no wonder y’all released the grinch happy meals today… cause a bunch of grinches work here lol if management is reading this, yall need to do better because I guarantee with the way you acted tonight you will lose your jobs in no time!

It’s like the service gets worse everyone is go. They recently seem to not want to make sweet tea for the drive thru or just don’t want to take the extra steps and get it from the lobby. They “try” to hard to rush and end up messing up my order every time. I specifically tell them I’m allergic to tomatoes and ask that they change their gloves, I know that they don’t because both times I’ve had a reaction, when I’ve called and told them they say “they don’t accommodate allergies.” Well I don’t accommodate incompetency so I won’t return to ANY McDonald’s. Prices are too high, food is excessive with grease, and there seems to be a lack of motivation with employees and management. Cooperation need to be more vigilant in checking on who they have running their stores. They lose a lot of business like this

Rude worker! Placed a mobile order. Drinks were given & I was told to be at the first window at the 2nd drive-thru window. I waited for a while & finally a gal came out. She came out with drinks & I said I already got drinks, but I need the food. I Went around again & asked for my order ince 10 or more cars at this point had received their order. Worker in the drive-thru said “Well why didn’t you wait at the window?” Really??? I did, for ten minutes & no one came back out. Once I got to the 2nd window & said I need my order you could tell the food wasn’t even ready. Worker apologized but good lord guys. Meanwhile it was legit just 3 meal orders. No fancy cafe drinks, ice cream, or more than 6 meals. Don’t make me the bad guy for your mess up

Service is so bad. Can’t even get an order right. Have tried to talk to someone above the manager. They don’t do refunds even when they are out of what you ordered. Can’t speak to anyone about it. Worst McDonald’s. Would really like someone to contact me.

Terrible service. They parked me for over seven minutes, then gave me the wrong food. When I went inside to get my order corrected, they gave me cold soggy food, and the ladies who is spoke with both had an attitude with me for asking for my correct order.

This is the second visit recently where we had to park and wait for food. The last visit, they brought us the wrong food after waiting. When we got the right food, the fries with the quarter pounder meal were cold and unsalted. The fries were missing from the happy meal. This visit, the fries were cold and had a foreign object in them.
