I ordered my food. The staff was very rude when giving it to me close the window in my face. I asked for a different drink, my Big Mac had a very very small hamburger. Patty barely covered half the bun and the hamburger. Patty itself was dark brown around the edges and was hard. Horrible food. Horrible service

The first time I ordered for this location they were making and serving people their food who had ordered after me. I went to this location last night and ordered a Deluxe Quarter Pounder. It was the worst Quarter Pounder I have ever had. It didn’t even taste like a Quarter Pounder. The meat was dry and there was no cheese. Just a dry patty that tasted like it had been sitting on the counter for a while. It was cold. I won’t be back.

My bacon egg and cheese biscuit was very hard, wasn’t even Luke warm. My steak egg and cheese biscuit was also very hard and lukewarm. Keep in mind this was around 7 am. The sandwiches appeared to be very very old or premade. My 2 apple pies weren’t even cook all the way so they went into the trash. Guess breakfast went right out the door.

This review is solely about customer service. For the most part, you know what you’re gonna get when it comes to food when you go to McDonald’s. The customer service at this location is not good and it doesn’t matter if you’re going through the drive-through or walking in to the store. I don’t know if it’s because they don’t have enough people or the people that work there just don’t care, but the service here is substandard at best.

Always short packing fries. Soda is always dirty. Serving expired tea(s). Orders are 50/50 chance of being correct. Management does not care. No table service. Order on the app or kiosk because they won’t come to the register. The drive thru is more important than anything…1/20/24 still serving expired tea. Ice machine beeping constantly. Had 3 orders table side service. Had to pick up the first from the counter. Took 10 minutes to get fries and a cup. Ridiculous….breakfast is burnt to a crisp. 1/23/25…eww

I’ve never had so many orders messed up at one place in my life. Have tried 3 seperate times of the day PRAYING a competent worker will be on duty. The one time I did have someone halfway decent, his fingernails reached outside the window a good 2 seconds before his hand did. Am served cold fries every single time but have to wait 5 minutes for my food to begin with. There’s not even an attempt to put old fries back down in the fryer at least to make them warm again.

I’ve been ordering two double fish sandwiches for months. Always pickup inside.
Last week started using drive thru for SAME order since their inside is usually pretty shoddy looking. The drink center is a nasty, sticky mess. Often no napkins, etc.
Last week..they gave me one Double fish and one Single fish. Had to go back.
THIS Week tried drive thru again. BUT I MADE THEM CHECK IT AT THE WINDOW .
One Double and one Single fish sandwich!
One time I can overlook. Now I get the impression they want me to drive away hoping I won’t come back to get what I paid for. Starting to look like a scam.
Unfortunately I have to go there because of short break at Panasonic. But I’ll have to start ordering for pickup inside again. Never had a problem with it ordered for eat in.

The openers/morning shift people are absolutely horrid. Never nice, almost always something missing from my order and really lazy. Can often be sitting at the drive thru line for 10 minutes or longer before anyone answers.

This McDonald’s looks nice and new. It was busy, but the drive thru moved fast. The girl at the window was friendly.
The food was what you expect from a typical McDonalds. I ordered a cheeseburger and a small fry. My total after tax was over $4. Far too expensive for a cheeseburger and fry! I know McDonalds all over the KC metro where you can order a “small meal”: a cheeseburger, small fry and small drink for only $3. Maybe they charge more here because of it’s location. ♂️
