This experience was the worst one I have had at this location yet, and the bad experiences had been stacking up since before this visit. I placed a larger order and was notified via the app that it would be a bit behind. I understood due to the size. When I picked up the order, I noticed a receipt with our itemized order on the outside that had all boxes checked off and a “signature” (more of a scribble) of a name to show that someone supposedly checked the order for accuracy. I still took the time to unpack and check the order myself due to the bad experiences I had been having lately at this location. I noticed we were missing three items: a Kitchen Sink Cookie, a Green Goddess Cobb Salad, and a French onion soup. I went to the counter and asked the manager, whose name is Rachel, if I could receive my missing items. Rachel gave me a weird look but said “okay” and kept working. I received my onion soup (with no croutons or cheese because Rachel said they didn’t have any croutons, which was weird because one of my salads had croutons in it) and Kitchen Sink Cookie, but was told to wait for my salad still. We waited a ridiculous amount of time before I asked Rachel for an estimate of when that would be done, and she said, “It’s coming up.” That definitely was a lie because we were still waiting a long time for a salad to simply be assembled. People who complained about their food not being ready got their HOT food made before me, so I knew Rachel was just playing with me, taking all this time to assemble a salad. I finally got my salad… I went to my car and something told me to check my bag. I kid you not, this half Cobb salad was filled one-quarter of the way with old lettuce and an egg. No chicken, no other toppings, or anything. I truly believed this was a joke. My coworker, who accompanied me, was in disbelief that we were served this as well, and I know Rachel looked at this salad before she put it in the bag to hand it to me. So I know she knew this salad was not correctly made. I went back inside and spoke to the very kind cashier at the front with the red hair. I asked her if there was someone above Rachel available to speak to. Even though that young lady confirmed Rachel was the only one there I could speak to, she took better care of me than that sorry excuse of a manager you have in that store did. The young lady apologized and asked if we really received that from the counter in that condition, and I said yes. She went back to the manager to say it needed to be fixed, and I saw Rachel give that poor girl an attitude and an ugly look for bringing my concern to her. Overall, it took me almost an entire hour to get a “rapid” pickup order correctly given to me, and I had to inconvenience my office staff by running late with their lunch because Panera employs rude, incompetent managers at this location. I will never recommend this place to anyone!!!! Shoutout again to the red-haired cashier at the front! That girl was so kind and understanding of the situation and helped me super fast.

Unfortunately, this was not a pleasant experience—no fault of the restaurant.
As a dialysis patient, after finishing treatment, I am usually famished and in need of replacing fluid and hungry.
I placed my order from the app and drove to pick it up. I walked into the store to pick up my order after being notified it was ready. I approached the counter and told them that I was here to pick up my order. The employee looked at me strangely because he said he had just called my name and set it, but it was gone by the time I had walked in. He realized someone else had taken it and was gone. He told me what had happened and began preparing my order again.
How evil can some people be??? Knowing it’s not yours and taking it anyway. You didn’t pay for it.
They apologized, but they weren’t the ones who took it.

Put in your own order, figure out the app, give them your e mail, phone number, find a table. Go get your own food and then bus your own table. And they want you to TIP. FOR WHAT???
I get better service at a fast food stop. If I’m going to a restaurant, I expect to get some service. Panara has become an expensive fast food stop. Chili was good but just chili no onions no cheese, no options.

They have never made a sandwich for me that was edible. I do not know why I have given them so many chances! It is a complete waste of money to go to this location. I just spent nine dollars and I had to throw everything out because it was disgusting and I not edible! it also took 45 minutes to get my order ready.

Also, the condition of the kitchen is very poor. They need to do some deep cleaning. There are stains from different sauces all over the kitchen that have been there for a long time. The computer monitor that you can see the back of from the lobby is covered in dust! This time was truly their last chance. I am done wasting my money at this place!

Every day they are sold out of tons of things, especially bagels very early in the morning. This is because they don’t make the amount of bagels and other items that they are supposed to make and they never will.96th at location almost always has bagels. This is the worst location I have ever been to!

They’ve also served me a burnt croissant sandwich in the past. every time I have ordered a lunch sandwich, they make it completely wrong. They messed up my lunch sandwiches at least three times for me before I stopped ordering them!there’s so many problems with this location!

Unfortunately, I give places too many chances. I saw that they finally weren’t sold out of the bagels that was a miracle.I ordered two sliced bagels and an almond pastry. The bagels they did not slice properly. They sliced them evenly at the 96th street location here they always slice them all jagged.

Then I looked in my bag for my almond pastry, and they had given me a brownie instead! The employee offered me the brownie for free, but I declined and told them they could throw it out. At least they had an almond pastry.Hopefully this will be the last chance I ever give this place because I have spent way too much money and they have messed up my order over half a dozen times! My order was very simple this time and they still could not get it right I really don’t understand!

Would probably give a 4.6. The salad was incredible. It was fresh, had a lot of ingredients, was tossed, and reasonably priced.

The speed of service was a little slow but not TOO bad. Ordering at the kiosk was not fun at all.

When I entered I was greeted by an employee filling straws, napkins, etc. I went to the counter to place my order and she ignored me. She just kept working. I waited a while and finally askede friend waiting bfore where I could order. She said right where you were. So I went back and asked the employee where I could order and she said to wait and then she would be right with me. And they were out of all the espresso drinks!

Dropped in here for an early Friday night dinner because we know it’s delicious.

This location lived up to the expectations of wonderfulness in PleasureTown and I definitely recommend you make a stop.

They were incredibly fast on getting our order to a probably under three minutes which I think is a new record.

One for the soup and sandwich the cheese broccoli soup is always a winner and my turkey bacon avocado was delicious in every way.

They can make one recommendation would be that the subs world warmed instead of cold but other than that I would say that this is definitely a double thumbs up and I highly recommend it on your travels

Not sure what’s going on here but I ordered a large drink and was handed a small. I had to say something in order to get the large cup, a woman after me had the same issue. Paying $4 for a large is pricey but to be handed a small cup is absurd. I ordered French onion soup and I’m not sure what I received. It tastes nothing like French onion soup nor does it even look like it. 4 employees sat at the front while a line of people were ordering food on the kiosk and no one offered to help or take an order. On top of that the kiosk asked for me to tip the workers…tip them for what exactly? Preparing my food as they should because they took on an hourly wage job making over $12 an hour? Not a server or bartender so I’m not sure why I should be asked to tip on a KIOSK machine! Not to mention the worker had on a chicken hat…you don’t work for Chick Fil A so I’m not sure what you are trying to accomplish. I’ve posted a picture of the soup I received (French onion) which is not what French onion soups look like or even taste like.

Overall, the place is awful. We went there for a quick bite as there is a theater close to it. Panera Bread (not this particular location, but in general) was recommended by one of our friends, so we thought to give it a shot. However, no more shots now.
The vegetarian options are way too limited and among the ones they have, they make a mess of it. We went for Mediterranean Sandwich, Tomato Mozzarella Flatbread and a (from what I recall) French Toast Bagel. Neither of the sandwiches was enjoyable as the salt was a bit too much. Some heavy hand went for seasoning them. The bagel was fine but nothing compared to what we have had at other places.
Overall, a big NO NO from me
