Fun restaurant and bar. Heard the brats came from a local meat source, but when asked the server said they were Johnsonville. It was still good. Paper bills are attached to the ceilings and are eventually given to charity.

First night in Door County and we wanted something light. The whitefish wrap grilled with lemon aioli is very fresh and cravable. One of our party was looking forward to coming here just for this dish. The bbq wings were just right. Sweet potato fries a nice alternative and generous portion. Whitefish Ceaser salad good. Blackened chicken excellent. Lettuce super crispy and fresh. Could have used more dressing. very commendable for a local joint. In Door County even the local joints have good whitefish. It is kind of loud but that’s to be expected for a bar

As visitors to Sister Bay and Door County for just a few days this summer, we were amazed by the beautiful vistas, the peaceful wineries, and some classy restaurants and resorts. But after a couple days, we longed for a more down-to-earth experience. Where do the locals hang out? What has a comfortable vibe that allows you to relax and feel like you’re at home? Well, we are here to report that Husby’s is all of that and more! We had a blast spending a Tuesday evening dining on the weekly special (prime rib that was prime indeed – wow!) and enjoying a few drinks. The atmosphere was lively, the service was exceptional, and the prices were much more affordable than other tourist-oriented food and drink establishments. Long story short: we ate a supper club quality meal in a fun bar with locals while spending far less than the tourist spots by the beach. Don’t sleep on this great bar and grill that’s been around since 1928 (according to menu, not independent confirmed )

If you like to eat salt order the chicken (no dumplings) soup. We thought we’d pop in and get a soup to warm up. Whoever made the chicken dumpling soup didn’t taste it as they were preparing I couldn’t finish it because if the salt. My husband had the chili it wasn’t the best either I know because he didn’t finish his either.

Service bar was fantastic. Ordered food to go. Bunch of wings, two orders of prime rib, whitefish sandwich. Arrived home, whitefish piece was smaller than the tomato. Called and asked for my order to be remade because I don’t want two cold prime ribs if I have to drive back. Manager was real combative. Brought my order back in full, minus one prime rib. (Driving from Ephraim to Sister Bay) and the manager couldn’t even come acknowledge me when I brought the food back. The bartender did though. I’ve been coming here for 20+ years. Service staff seems very legit outside poor management.

We were here during Fall Fest weekend and everything was great. They have the best burgers! The staff is awesome and band was fantastic! This place is a vibe and we always love whatever food we get. Looking forward to our next time up – which can’t come soon enough!

Had a whitefish Rueben for the first time in my life. Was a good sandwich but a little small on the portion (although I’m someone who eats more than most). Overall, their menu has a lot of options. Dining area inside and outdoor elevated deck. Occasional live music on the outdoor garage level. Service was good and bathrooms were clean. Large bar area. Parking lot is on smaller side, better off looking for street parking if going during a popular time.
