Who ever you guys got rid of in the night crew in the last month was a mistake. Been coming here for late night food for the last year and just recently food has gone down in quality. Yall used to put a good amount of beef on the nachos and give fresh tacos now you guys fell off. Not happy . This last month,

It’s just like any other Taco Bell. It’s a much smaller tighter location to be able to access. Getting into the location is easy. It’s kind of difficult getting out. Also, please be cautious as there is a lot of homeless people around the areas that just wander up to your vehicles while you’re in the drive-thru bang on your doors etc. I don’t believe they mean harm, but just out of a caution. It is not the safest area to be getting out. Best go through the drive-thru.

Anyone who goes to Taco Bell is real not thinking right. 14 bucks for two chalupa’s with barely any chicken! Is absolute BS! How come any other Mexican food place gives you enough to feed two. But you don’t even give enough to feed one with certain items! Y’all need to do better cheap skates!

Everytime I visit a Taco Bell location they forget to give me something I have ordered. Even though I mention while I’m picking up my food, that I’ve have continuos issues in this area. The food purchased is always delicious & always a bargain for the price so this is why I keep going back.

Everytime I come here my order is either wrong, the food is old or both. Checked my order before leaving, told the lady at the drive thru I was given the wrong taco. She then takes the taco, throws it away and hands me the same wrong taco, again. Won’t be coming back to this location. Just shut it down

call the store four times I kept getting hung up on. there was sour cream on my pizza which I didn’t want. I wanted to add onions extra onions you could see how sloppy it is there’s no sense of urgency I really just wanted my money back so I did the survey and hopefully someone calls me because 20 bucks at Taco Bell and then u end up wasting my tome

Javier is the best employee I’ve encountered at any taco bell. Patient with me and made sure order was correct before giving it to me. I run into this problem a lot with other Taco bells.

I’ve eaten here a few times, and the staff is always great – super professional, always get my order right, and the customer service is top-notch. They all seem to work well together, too, no matter when I come in.
I noticed a customer ordered an item, then requested a completely different preparation after order fulfillment. The employee calmly explained the initial order; however, the customer demanded a remake or a refund. The customer exited the premises aggressively, discarding their order and using profanity.
The demands of this industry undoubtedly present challenges for both employees and management; however, your team’s performance is exceptional. I will continue to be a loyal customer.

Worst customer service. MALE at drive thru window has zero customer skills and never seems to be in a pleasant mood. This is my local community Taco Bell for the last 10 years and will no longer be an option for my family.
Time to rethink how you do business when all yoyr concetn is in keeping your times low at the windows.. Keeping your paid customers happy and satisfied specially when its 118 degrees outside is key to a successful organization.
Folks just left the Taco Bell on 19th avenue and there cuatomer service was great..
