I should’ve have looked closer at the reviews. Like others, I thought I was ordering from Just Wings across from Burger King. If I’d known this was part of Chili’s, I would have never ordered from here. The wings were tough, fries were cold and didn’t receive the correct flavor either. Do not order from here!

For anyone who is like me and doesn’t know already, this is part of Chili’s in Thomaston. We ordered lemon, orange, and smoked. The only ones that had any flavor were the lemon. The other two absolutely tasted like plain fried wings. We also ordered the fried oreos- they were WAY over-cooked and were so greasy we didn’t even eat them. the local carnival makes better fried oreos. We will not be ordering from here again. We thought we were getting Just Wings across from Burger King in Thomaston- would have been much better off ordering from them!!

Was traveling home from Albany,GA & decided to stop for some wings (30 miles away) called to place order was advised no phone orders are accepted, just pull into parking space someone would be out within 3 minutes. After waiting about 5 minutes & no one coming out I looked at web site & realize you could place order, pay & someone would bring it out (order placed, Paid) said wait was 45 minutes. Now they have my money & I wanted wings so I waited.
50 minutes later no wings (I’d watch several customer enter & appear to have a heated conversation with cashier). About five minutes later a customer approach my car & say if you want your food you better go inside no one coming out.
When I entered the establishment I was told my order wasn’t prepared because they had no bone in wings. (After an hour). Not once did anyone call nor advise wings wasn’t available. No explanation other than we have no bone in wings. When I asked for a refund I was told order was placed thru Doordash & doordash
would have to repay me. I explained when food is ordered thru Doordash the app said Doordash, this app say Chilli’s. Needless to say this continued for the next 1.5 hrs as I wasn’t leaving without my $38.95. T resolve I had to contact Doordash have them speak with the manager before they would even consider refunding me. Doordash doesn’t deliver for this location and apparently they don’t know who do.
After much discussion I was told my money would be credited to my card. NO apology, no offer of a drink, nothing but lies & attitude. If I could rate – zero I would. I’ve never been treated this way before.
I worked in Customer service for over 30 yrs & have never treated a customer like this. Didn’t leave the restaurant until 10minutes before they closed. All for some DAM wings

I chose the 8 bone in wings served with curly fries and side of ranch for $9 which is already a little high but when I got home with my food I only had 8 wings no fries or a side of ranch. The wings were good but I wouldn’t say the best wings in Thomaston.
