Ordered online and picked up in store. I’ve been craving bacon so I got the bacon classic. My kids got kids meals that came with a toy each. Way more affordable and better tasting than an M fast food place.

I went through the drive-through lastnight , I asked for a Caesar salad And I asked if I could get a spicy crispy chicken instead of a grilled chicken and they said that was okay And when I got home, I opened the salad. The chicken wasn’t even cut up and it was a regular crispy chicken not spicy and so I called to ask if I could get a refund and the manager who answered the phone was really mean and then I said that I didn’t get a receipt and she said to come in and figure it out and then hung up the phone on me. I never make complaints about anything, but with how she handled the phone call was very unprofessional, especially when I was super nice on the phone Just trying to explain what happened.

We went through the drive through and my son got chicken nuggets kids meal with BBQ sauce, my husband got his meal, and I just got 4 pc chicken nuggets. I don’t usually get sauce with my nuggets but today I was feeling some honey mustard. My husband didn’t hear me say honey mustard and told them no sauce for the nuggets. I told him I wanted honey mustard, so he asked for honey mustard at the window THEY CHARGED HIM for the honey mustard that should have come with the nuggets in the first place. Granted it was only 50 cents, but to charge for something that should come standard with the order is absolutely ridiculous. The nuggets were soggy too. Do better Wendy’s.

I enjoy Wendy’s! I have always like this location, they are friendly and fast. Any issue I’ve had they have no problem fixing! I suggest the chicken nuggets they are my go to favorite! I’ve had multiple other items on the menu and they have all been very good! I’d suggest this place to anyone looking for a sit down snack or a drive thru snack! And I love this year’s Frosty Deal!

We tried to have lunch at this location yesterday. We had coupons so we couldn’t use the kiosks. We stood at the register for 10 minutes with 2 employees standing right across the counter from us trying very hard to look so busy and involved that they couldn’t make eye contact with us or acknowledge in any way that we were standing there waiting to order. I’m well aware that there is an attitude of “if we ignore them they’ll go to the kiosk” but you give out coupons that can’t be redeemed at the kiosks. My poor 3 year old grandson cried all the way out to the car when he realized he wasn’t going to get his ice cream that he had been promised for being a good boy while his mom spent 3 hours at the tire shop taking care of road damage.

This Wendy’s is located in Idaho Falls. I went there for lunch. The food was well made and the service was quick. I’m glad to have a Wendy’s nearby my work so I can go more often. I was spretty happy with the service I received there.

Went here around 9 at night with a friend, we were ordering through the drive thru and my friend was trying to order what she wanted. I would like to make it known that my friend has a very hard time saying certain words and letters and so she was asking me how to say something and she was going a bit slow. The person taking our order, who happened to be the manager, said that we shouldn’t be rude. She proceeded to repeat what we said to her in the same speed my friend did. She then told us to not be rude. She obviously didn’t understand my friend struggles with speech but she still shouldn’t have assumed anything. We genuinely were just hungry and we weren’t trying to be rude. They also forgot my friend’s fries which made her more upset. Overall not a good experience.

Update: This location has definitely changed. Staff is nice but today they were yelling and really loud. It made it difficult to have a conversion with the yelling going on. Because of that, I lowered my stars on this location. They now have a great new selection of salads. I love that you can order a half or full salad. Of course, you can never go wrong with a burger.
