Special thank you to server James and the Chef of February 1st evening ,
We were seated in a corner of our choosing and looked over the menu. We came last night for prime rib and rib steak dinners with a few drinks and we were both blown away. top tier professional service and the food was exquisite. photos posted. that garlic butter is to die for and the garlic bread is a flavor explosion. these drinks I don’t remember what was in them , but the flavor , spice / liquor choices and how it accentuated the dinner before and after eating was remarkable.
That chef whoever was working February 1st evening nailed Prime rib mid rare and rib steak mid rare.
special thank you to The Keg for the cheesecake due to birthday without confirming or asking for ID, it made the experience genuine. (yes it was my birthday don’t get mad at the staff that evening!!!)
The keg Niagara on victoria made my 36th more memorable than my last 10 or so past birthdays , and for that you deserve 5 stars across the board.

We had an incredible experience at The Keg Steakhouse! The premium service, fine dining atmosphere, and delicious food selection made our anniversary dinner truly special. The steaks were absolutely amazing, cooked to perfection, and the restaurant itself is super clean and beautifully designed—very elegant and fancy.
A special thank you to Austin, who provided outstanding service. He was extremely professional, attentive, and made sure we were well taken care of throughout the evening.

My husband and I recently decided on this restaurant for a date night. The atmosphere was great. The service was excellent and our waiter (Austin) was friendly, attentive, and noticeably polished (seriously, we were amazed by his level of knowledge and enthusiasm)! Aside from beets no longer being available on the menu, the food was perfect. We will definitely be returning to this location in the future!

This place located inside the hotel opens until 10 which was convenient and accommodating for late dinner. Welcoming was ok but service was excellent. Unfortunately the kitchen should ensure to never serve a Hamburger cold with cokd fries. I did not mention it to the server as I had guests and did not want to comment. But I hated my dinner.

I was wearing shorts, and the leather seats in the dining room had worn-out areas and visible cracks. The gaps in the material made my upper legs feel scratchy and uncomfortable throughout the meal. It’s a small detail, but it did affect the overall dining experience.
That said, the staff were polite and attentive, and the ambiance was casual and welcoming. If the seating gets updated, it would definitely make the visit more enjoyable!
