I ordered the Quarter Pounder with Bacon and it was the best I’ve ever had at any McDonalds in all the 5 states and 3 coasts I’ve lived on. It was made so well. The onions, the pickles, were juicy and fresh, the bacon was cooked so well. It was like they had Gordon Ramsey up in there.They really did an amazing job.
The service was so amazing. Everyone was so friendly and kind and I just can’t say enough how genuinely awesome my experience was. After I ate it I wanted to go and applaud them. For real, this is the best McDonald’s in Mississippi. This team is phenomenal.

This McDonald’s is the worst. My food was cold and the service was not good. We ordered cookies and they were not fresh…they were awful…if you are shopping in this area .. please don’t do lunch here…or dinner…I cannot speak about the breakfast crew…but if you are the owner or manager of this McDonald’s please re hire and revise…I visit a lot of McDonald’s and never had this experience of bad food and service

I went through the drive thru at about 6:45 pm tonight. I ordered a spicy mcchicken extra mayo, add tomato and light lettuce only to get a mcchicken no lettuce. What’s the point of me ordering my food when you’re gonna give me whatever out the window? Especially when y’all are charging extra for added things on a sandwich that was $1 years ago but now almost $3, I want whatever I ordered! I called the establishment’s number THREE times and no one answered. This McDonald needs to do better!

Service was absolutely the worst . The employee direct me to use the kiosk and I asked her even if I’m using cash. After telling me to do that, she calmly took the customer after me which is weird . So I knew I wanted to a 10pc nugget and Medium Fry . I redeemed a code for a free fry when you send $1. The nuggets were $5 . She wanted to take my cash at the register & she seems to not want to figure out why it was saying $9.15 . She had the worst attitude ever and no manager seemed to be present . The line was wrapped and service was poor . No hairnet or Gloves when handling food . THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE FOR THE AREA . I was on break from work. I had to get in the drive thru line DUE TO HER BEING SO RUDE

Orders are often wrong and customer service has not been helpful at all. Even though this location is closer and more convenient. I’m going to have to go elsewhere, because the mistakes are occurring too frequently. For example, this was supposed to be a double quarter pounder with cheese deluxe with extra slivered onion, extra ketchup and extra pickles. I had pull up and wait at the line, and my order was still wrong

The bathrooms were absolutely DISGUSTING, there was urine all on floor enough that it was a puddle that went to the sink where you stand to wash your hands. I would not even allow my kids to wash their hands cause of the standing urine. When they brought us our food we got empty cups. I asked the lady if they had tea, she said yes and walked away. I had to wait almost 10 minutes to get my drinks after I received my food. By the time I got my drinks my food had done got cold. I say them take cups that they had handed to people the people held the cups they took cups back and put the cups back with the other cups. The health inspection sign said B but after seeing all this I would give them a F. THIS PLACE IS NASTY!!!!!!

Update 10/24/25. Decided to give it another try. I went to order some food this morning they gave me the order it was wrong then when they corrected the order it was completely cold. On my last review the only response I got was to do the review on the app. Will continue to post every single time here and on Yelp.
The food is good but the service is horrible it can be slow at times but more than anything it’s just inaccurate consistently. I actually did a review and one of the managers reached out to me called me and then said I’m going to call you back in 5 minutes and I never heard from them again and I even replied to their email and said are you going to call me back never heard anything

I don’t leave reviews ever because I never have the energy but after reading how terrible everyone else’s experience is, yea this place is horrible and has gotten worse in the almost 3 years I’ve lived here. It doesn’t matter what day or time, the food always take 20-30 minutes and the employees never look at you when helping. It’s ridiculous. McDonald’s is never that serious but this is still an establishment and it being run terribly

This McDonald’s is rude to white customers. You could tell as soon as we walked up to the counter. She rolled her eyes at us and made a shake her head gesture. We will not do business here since its so clear they dont want us there. This is the one across from Target off of lakland in floowood ms.
