This has to be the slowest Drive thru in North America. There is nothing fast at all here. $13 wasted. Big breakfast with hot cakes. The syrup is cold as in refrigerator cold. The hot cakes are far from hot. When did they switch out the sausage patty for bacon crumbs???? Very disappointing.

Over all I’m disappointed. The food was garbage. The manager gave me an attitude when I asked for my creamy chili sauce and said they were out of it when I wasn’t told this they didn’t even try to offer me another sauce. Manager was yelling loudly at employees. I heard other customers come up and complain about missing food from their order, my order number was 676 on march 6th at 7:55pm. This place is ridiculous and I’m from now on going to avoid this McDonalds location!

I ordered using the app for counter and it went through and I went Inside waited for 20 minutes they said they didn’t have my order and so they needed to see my phone instead of checking for an order with my name and with the food that I had ordered I went all the way back home and picked up my phone because I had forgotten it. They told me that it was a drive-through order so I had to go inside. The drive-through went to the drive-through. They told me it was an encounter order but they would give me my food anyway. They were literally laughing at me on the intercom because they thought I was stupid. When we pulled around, the guy tried to give us another order of some person smoothie and I was like no this is not ours. Finally, they gave us our regular food and we left, but it took us an hour of driving back-and-forth. And it was cold, and my Frappuccino was melted. And I literally was so upset because they were laughing at us and making fun of us the whole time

It took 35 minutes to get a cheese burger combo. We went in because the drive thru way wrapped around tge building, and after going in we found out why. At least 4 tables had trash from other diners just left on them. Tge floors were a mess with French fries, ketchup packets, a full half of a bun ketchup glued down. From what I could tell the place had a full staff, but most of them were standing around on there phones. Then there was the annoying employee who walked around loudly banging on stuff pretending to drum. One of the young ladies kept walking into the bathroom to hang out. I know this because when I went in there she was propped up on the sink basin thumbing away on her phone. I remember when the Towne Lake area had pride, but nowadays this is as good as it gets.

I have ordered a quarter pounder medium fries and drink at towne lake parkway in Woodstock when I got my food in drive tru I parked. I started eating my fries and they were cold so I went inside and gave it to a assistant manager named Lorena the skin short Spanish manager and all she did was put the fries back in the fryer and heat it up now I ended up with hot fries but still there was not fresh and I called and she admitted doing that I would like to talk to the GM of the store she should not be a manager after giving those same fries back instead of giving me fresh fries she decided to heat it up in the oil and give me those same fries back

Ms Becky helped me right away with my Mac Donald’s app and took care of me. I work in the customer service industry and it is rare that you find people so customer centric. She takes pride in what she does and you can tell her employees love working for her. I wish we had more general managers like Ms Becky! Everybody needs a little kindness in their day, and she definitely shined a bright light down on me on this rainy day. In addition, the food was top-notch, great temperature, and the staff was all friendly. The restaurant was clean, and the overall experience was a 10 star rating. Thank you Ms Becky!

There’s not a better fast food experience than McDonald’s, and certainly no better McDonald’s restaurant than this one! The staff is fantastic (I cannot emphasize this enough!), the food great… especially for breakfast, and the service prompt and accurate.

I ordered 4 double cheeseburgers and was given cold food. I took my food back and asked for them to remake it. At first I was very unhappy but the manager Jordan was very quick to resolve the issue. He corrected his staff accordingly and even secured return business by not only correcting but offering extra for the inconvenience. 5 stars for Jordan alone!
