Party of 6 ate here! Pretty good experience. The waitress was kind and the wait for food was not long. The bread rolls were delicious
And came out quickly.. southwest egg rolls were also good. Everyone enjoyed their food! My husband stated steak was a little salty for his liking but had good flavor. I would recommend and would attend again. They also had clean bathrooms

Very disappointed. Being it was the night before Thanksgiving. The waiter was the highlight of the nite. Ivy, was vibrant and very kind. Tho, I never received what I order due to a fire, or maybe it was rudeness (I notice you have lightbulbs w/cameras on them over the table.) The experience was ruined. Maybe another time. Also, you charged us for a meal that we didn’t get served we had to order something else.

The food was perfect. The service was non existent? It was not crowded. We had to get our drinks that were at the bar several times. Took 2 hours to get food. Another 30 min for ticket. There was only 6 of us!

Stopped by Santa Fe Cattle Co for early dinner. Only a few patrons n the restaurant while we were there. Our server lacked knowledge of the menu. I ordered the taco salad. My husband ordered the beef tips. Server came back and asked what dressing I wanted on my taco salad?? After a LONG wait server brought out my husband’s salad and a basket of Santa Fe’s ROLLS!! Highly recommended their rolls…they are great!!! Kudos to the baker!! Our server came by to check on us. We asked why was it taking sooo long to get our food. His reply…he’d bring it out when it was ready. After another EXTREMELY long wait server brought out our food! My husband’s steak tips were already COLD!! My taco salad ended up being lettuce, tomato, cheese and chicken in a tough bread bowl!! No pico, no guacamole, no sour cream, no tortilla strips. When Mgr came around I told her my husband’s steak tips were cold. She offered to get him some more…but we didn’t want to wait any longer. Mgr brought him out steak tips to take home and did a partial comp of his meal. Santa Fe needs to do much better..starting with the servers and cooks!

We walked in and noticed very nice decorations. That concludes the list of positives. Our hostess seated our party of 3 at a table of 6, not terrible but unnecessary. We asked for directions to the bathroom and instead of just saying, down the hall and to the left, she walked us there herself. Again, not terrible but unnecessary. The bathrooms were digusting. I ordered southwest eggrolls and a sweet tea to start. The tea was AWFUL and the eggrolls were room temperature, not crispy, and weren’t served with ranch for some reason. I and my father ordered steaks. He got the ribeye and I got the Bubba 6 oz. We both ordered medium rare. Mine was medium well and his was still moo-ing. He only ate it because it was a $30 steak. Mine was extremely gritty. My mom got the sante fe chicken. She said it was dry, overcooked, and covered in a rancid honey mustard “sauce.” As well as being SMOTHERED in mushrooms. My mother and I both got a loaded baked potato. A cold brick with fresh out the fridge cheese and greasy bacon bits. Our waitress was a blank mannequin of a human and disappeared for 20 minutes in between check-ins. Its not like they were busy either. MAYBE 20 other customers total. We waited longer for the check than it took us to eat (more like pick at) our food. 1/10, the place looked pretty cool and the eggrolls didn’t taste awful.
P.S. this disgrace to the culinary world was $90 for 3 people

Good food, good service. Our first time in town and we came here for lunch after golf. We came in after the lunch rush so they were not real busy. Onion rings remind of a place in south Georgia. My steak and my sons ribs were very good. The butters for the rolls were the only thing sub-par.

This restaurant gives a feel like Texas Roadhouse or Longhorn Steakhouse. It has a nice atmosphere for family dinners and the cocktails are nice (just wasn’t strong enough) lol . The food came out hot and delicious and rather quickly! A nice eating experience.

Absolutely Outstanding!
Santa Fe Steakhouse in McComb is hands down one of the best dining experiences around! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm, inviting, and full of that classic steakhouse charm. The service was top-notch — friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring.
The food was incredible! The steaks were cooked perfectly — tender, juicy, and seasoned just right. The sides were fresh and full of flavor (the baked potato and grilled veggies were amazing), and everything came out hot and beautifully plated. You can tell they take pride in every detail.
