Both delivery and take out orders are consistently messed up. Was yelled at for asking for a cup holder for a drink and told two drinks MUST be bought to use utilize the cardboard. Also given is the “Dill Pickle Ranch Pizza” with zero dill, zero ranch, and zero pickles. Just a cheese base.

Whoever packs the DoorDash orders does NOT know how to follow directions or they are that illiterate when it comes to reading an order ticket… my DoorDash shows up to my door with 1 missing item with a coupon saying they don’t have it and 2 other items wrong. I drive to this Wawa and they are fully stocked up on what I had ordered, so what was so difficult to mess up so simple? Very disappointing. This Wawa might need to hire a new employee that can follow directions because this is not the first time.

On October 20, 2022, around 12 PM, I went in as a customer. I was thoroughly shocked and disgusted when I heard the assistant general manager, Jennifer, tell the young lady working behind the frappe/smoothie area that she was not allowed to go to the bathroom because she didn’t have enough employees to Cover her.
The young girl looked so disappointed that she was told that she was not allowed to go. As far as I am aware, it is illegal for an employer to tell an employee that they are not allowed to go to the bathroom. They have the right to ask them if they are able to wait a few minutes until somebody comes back, but they are not allowed to tell the employee they are not allowed to use The restroom.
Until the entire management team shapes up, my review will still remain as a single one star.

So this establishment if u want to call it that ran by incompetent managers who do not know a single thing about running a wawa, love to just write up employees for simply not talking to a customer. Like bffr seriously. They love to make excuses to a write up and never want to explain why. the way these managers manage is like a classic mean girls movie just how they are. MAYBE they should really look at themselves before going at an employee. Because if they worked at another place, they would be fired no questions asked. Also love to accuse their employee of being short when they doing what they supposed to do. Seems to me they pick and choose who they want to target and it’s ones who are barely there.

24 hours clean and neat and very personable Staff Mark and Eeron helped me with free ice when I arrived with a seriously injured wrist from a hard fall earlier and barely able to drive. Super grateful and it helped immediately!
