It was a sold experience .Burgers were good but we realized late that they had left the bacon off our brgers but they were apologetic. Fries were god as usual, parmesan broccoli as great.

The hamburger was exceptionally good, and what I would expect from Red Robin. The atmosphere was very nice RR decor. The service was good once I was able to get a staff member to my table. The restaurant dining area was almost completely empty. It has taken me a long time to get seated, and an even longer time to have any come take my order. Normally I wouldn’t have waited that long. No explanation as to why the service was that way. My guess is the hostess forgot to tell someone that I had been seated.

Awkwardly, I was told the lobby was closed and they are only taking to-go orders. Which was horrible because I had my mind set on a Mai Tai and needed a decent chicken sandwich. So after a few seconds of watching the waiter fumble with a pen and paper I used my phone to online order a California Chicken Sandwich and was denied the Mai Tai with the “closure” of the lobby and bar. After the cook was retrieved from the parking lot it wasn’t too long before an excellently prepared, well seasoned, soft bunned Chicken Sandwich slathered with creamy guacamole and crispy bacon was carried out alongside WAY overcooked steak fries that were, at least, still warm. Also, the Campfire Mayo is always good. So, I chose this location due to my current gig route as well as the fact they are one of the few burger bars close by that stay open late, or are supposed to, anyways. So I enjoyed my dinner on one of the few benches outside while listening to highly outdated soundtracks blare on the overhead. Potentially could be a great restaurant but tonight was terrible. Except the food.

This was my first time at Red Robin. The food was very good. The place seemed to be understaffed, but our server was very professional & his service was excellent. My friend recommended the campfire sauce for my fries, which was a great recommendation.

Took my daughter for her first time yesterday.
Although the waitress was very nice , we only seen her when it was time to pay. The guy that brought the food was polite but the food wasn’t good at all. I asked the waitress to make sure there was no pink at all in the burgers , and she assured it would be well done. No pink . This was my burger . After biting down and tearing it apart it was just too sickening to get another . The place wasn’t busy at all so I don’t understand why it wasn’t cooked thoroughly. It was a bad experience overall. The employees were busy talking bout fights they have had in past than wanting to get our ticket as we were paying cash. Not satisfied.

My cousins and I love meeting here for some good cheeseburgers and french fries or onion rings sometimes sharing a bite. It is so good. Today my cousin got a free whiskey burger for her birthday. Her husband and my husband and I bought one as well…it was so delicious, I think I was the first one done! A very good day!

Good as usual. Service is a bit different now, but just something to get used to. Lunch on 8/19/23 was a bad experience. We received someone else’s order first. When we did get our food ( in record time by the way!) The sweet potato fries were cold and rubbery, and the chips were cold and rubbery , as if they were prepared ahead of time. This explains why we got our order in underx15 minutes! A bit of a disappointment for a “Gourmet” burger restaurant.

We haven’t been to Red Robin a while but wanted some of those delicious endless fries! We waited at the empty hostess stand for a few minutes and they weren’t busy but when the hostess finally came, she was personable. Two of us ordered burgers, one a chicken wrap, and one just a basket fries. We waited for quite some time for our food only to have the fries be room temperature when they arrived at the table . When we ordered the basket of fries was offered sauces but no one else, so someone spoke up and asked for campfire sauce, of course he got none, he pointed it out and she brought some back to the table but by then most of the fries were gone. We asked for some hot fries and she brought back 3 baskets and by then everyone was done with their . Then we needed more campfire sauce and finally walked up to the bar and waited for two employees to finish talking with one another to ask for sauce. We got our sauce and finished. Before the campfire sauce was delivered to the table we had tried to pay on the kiosk but couldn’t figure out how to split it. After a server and the manager walking by while it was lit up bright red, our server finally came back. She had to split it at the computer. Finally we paid and got out of there. On the way out the manager says “have a good evening” A very disappointing experience!

Our first time at a Red Robin’s, we stated that. The seating area was very claustrophobic. The waitress was very condescending and very unwelcoming. She did more talking at us then to us. The food was ok. The burgers were nothing special but the fries were good! Our waitress never offered a refill on the fries but another one came up and offered. We asked for refills for all of us and our waitress only brought out 3 of them (there were 5 of us). For my first time to ever eat at a Red Robin, this was a very memorable experience that will have me not returning.

I’ve never been to a Red Robin’s until today. I must say I just ate the best burger ever! The pretzel bites were good, too. I wasn’t fond of the broccoli. I will visit again.
