Easily the best Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. The girl in the drive through is always so nice and my order is actually correct and the quality is better sometimes you go and you can tells it’s like dried up beans and hard rice other places. This place it actually taste like it was made to order!

I love Taco Bell tacos! They’re always fresh and I was glad to see they brought back a $5 box meal deal which I gladly part took of. With my favorite root beer soda and a crunchy taco along with a burrito, I was very much satisfied. Everything was quick with the correct change returned with a receipt. Dont accept payment in large bills so we had to leave… they kept pointing to the kiosk when we went inside and nobody was there to take cash so we had to do the drive thru only to be told they cant take large bills. Super weird

Mobile ordered & SPECIFICALLY requested NO tomatoes on anything due to a severe allergy. When I finally got home and opened my food to eat, not only were there tomatoes on almost everything but a ridiculous amount of tomato… Like practical joke amounts of tomato.. I called more than 8 times before someone answered and when they finally did the person simply took the phone of the hook and set it on the desk so i had to listen to 5 minutes of workers talking before someone else hung up the phone again.

This is the best Taco Bell in the city. Many times I have ordered delivery whilst a little tipsy and they are truly GOATed. The portions, the weight of the topping on my value nachos and burritos. A blessing. When you need to get full and have a cheat meal for under $20 delivered this place has your back. God has blessed this location and I wish only happiness on the staff there. Whenever I visit another location I’m reminded how lucky I am that this is my local spot. Doing the lords work! Give everyone at this location a raise and put respect on their names.

Okay okay, before anybody crashes out, I realize I’m reviewing at Taco Bell. But this particular Taco Bell was very good. On the day I visited. The store was clean. The staff was friendly. I think it is well stated that Taco Bell is not your local cantina or street taco spot. However, the food that was prepared at this location on that day was very good. Nothing was soggy or greasy. Everything was put together like they were getting ready for an Instagram photo shoot. Very pleased with how this particular store runs itself. Great job Taco Bell.

Disturbing Experience at Taco Bell
7500 Block of Chester Pike
Today, I visited the Taco Bell located on the 7500 block of Chester Pike around 9pm-9:30pm and witnessed an extremely troubling situation. A woman who appeared to be either the general manager or a supervisor was behaving in a deeply disrespectful and unprofessional manner toward the staff.
She used excessive profanity, called employees out of their names One young man was visibly in tears. The atmosphere was tense and heartbreaking many of the workers looked exhausted and afraid. Her behavior wasn’t just inappropriate; it was bullying on another level.
No employee should be subjected to that kind of treatment, especially in front of customers. I will not be returning to this location, and I sincerely hope that upper management investigates this matter and takes appropriate action to protect the dignity and well-being of their staff.
