Paid $10.81 since I ordered a large root beer with my combo. And this is the burger that I got. Ordered extra tomatoes and got no tomatoes at all. Fries were old, hard and cold. My root beer was good though. The young man that brought the food to the car was very nice also.

The Sonic by SouthSide Bus Station has a new manager Abel. Hes the friendliest soul you’ll ever meet! He really cares about his staff & customer’s experience! The food is fresher and food service faster & friendlier since he has taken over. Also the renovations & decor are extra welcoming. Big turn around, glad I returned and now am going to be a regular again! Strongly recommend the All American Smasher Burgers! So Awesome!!!!

Sadly my food was half full, missing, or lacking in taste. The guy there as sweet as he was, was a bit frazzled, being he was the only one working besides the cook, and he was hit early in the morning with alot of stalls. He overcharged me, tried to fix it, but then I was overcharged again, and never came back with a voided receipt. So I was basically charged $85 for a $41 meal. Also there was two guys clanking, drilling, hammering, throwing metal chimneys and chipped paint around right where we on the front patio, tables are set.

Waited over 30 min for a simple cheeseburger and soda. Ordered ahead and checked into one of the mobile spots. After 30 min I want to one of the stalls and they seemed surprised I ordered anything. 2 min late my food that’s been probably sitting out for 40 min now is given to me. Watered down soda and a cold cheeseburger. I threw it away there. I contacted Corp for a refund.

I rode up to sonic today pick up my meal.. Which was an absolute steal on the app. And the gentleman working I didn’t see his name but it was 9:52a 1/12/26 well said gentleman was awesome I only had $2.15 and it bought my meal . This gentleman man needs deserves and I pray gets acknowledged he was working hard and honestly this is the 1st time have gotten my meal with no mistakes and he is was working what seemed like solodolo…Good job man that burger was amazing!!

I love this Sonic! My order always comes out very quickly, and accurately. The front seating area is always decorated for the season and is super cute. Staff is all lovely.

I wasn’t able to pay on kiosk like usual was the first thing waited 30 minutes for food and then when I received the corn dogs and finally got home they were burnt. Unedible burnt, it’s was like a rock. I’m very disappointed and upset I spent money on food that was super burnt

every time I go to this location they don’t fail to disappoint me. I’ve waited over 30 minutes a handful of times. Simply for a drink or a few small food items. The employees here don’t care and lack respect in all areas. By the time you get your food you’ll have been thinking about everything else you could’ve ate within that time. Hope my review helps management figure it out, or another customer from going here! Lazy work ethic does NOT = JOB.

They served us a burger with MOLD on it. My girlfriend ordered a #3, and upon getting the order, we found MOLD on the burger. I then decided to put a facebook post sharing this & called the restaurant immediately, to which I was issued a refund, but given the excuse by management that the fault was due to the “bread guy”. I then received a private message on Facebook apologizing & I left it alone. Then, the next day, I get yet another call from a DIFFERENT MANAGER, apologizing, but citing it was the “bread guys” fault & that they spoke to facebook to have my post removed.
Not only did management pass the blame & take no accountability, they were fine with proceeding to try and have my post removed because they didn’t like being called out for their negligence. I firmly explained that there has to be accountability on their end for failing to check their product. I also explained that my post on Facebook was written to raise awareness & my right to do so.
I strongly recommend that if you value your health, do not eat there. Corporate has been notified by myself & multiple people.
