I stop by this Bojangles regularly in the mornings and it’s always a great. . The food is always fresh and hot, they are always efficient.. the line moves quickly.
The staff is super friendly, and I love that it’s usually the same faces in the morning — they’re welcoming, efficient, and genuinely kind. That makes a big difference.
I’d choose this Bojangles over McDonald’s any day. Keep up the great work!

At 1/26/26 8:20-8:30 pm. I went drive thru and placed my order. The guy taking my order is laughing and telling me there’s a wait which I didn’t mind but there is no one in the parking lot. Why isn’t there food ready at a fast food restaurant. As I’m pulling to the paying window. There’s a black man in dark clothing handling the bo berry biscuits with his hands! No gloves!!! The workers touching the money now are also handling the food with no gloves and they are holding their head and clothes and hair and touching food. That is disgusting, unprofessional, and a food violation!! I just reported this to the health department. And to not have my order ready after 30 mins and trying to get a refund and trying to give me half a refund and scrapped food from the pan to make up for it is not okay. I expect fast food to be at least warmed not dry crusted mac and cheese from the bottom of the pan with hair possibly falling into it bc no one is wearing hairnets in there as well. The unit manager was very nice but the workers need to get it together. Hire someone who’s going to take their job seriously or train those kids to do better.

This place is impressive for a fast food restaurant. 90% of the time I come, it takes less than 1 minute from the time that I order to when I am pulling away from the drive through window. The food is hot and fresh. The staff are exceptional and really tie the whole experience together

Ive given this location 4x to prove themselves. They fall short everytime. Between them never getting my order right.. (I ordered 12 nuggets, and I got 3 tenders. Or ordered a chicken sandwich and they gave me a 6 peice nugget) another time I ate in-store and the cashier didnt know what I was talking about when I said “the bo-sause…..you know,the one with the horseradish” another time I went in and the drink fountain was absolutely disgusting. Like mold all inside of it. They are NOT taking that thing a part to scrub and clean it. This place will never get another penny from me. It should be condemned. Or at the least the Manager needs to be fired. And Competent employees need to be highered.

Got drive thru for lunch, 5 chicken Supremes (Tenders), large fry and drink. The service was excellent and food was ready almost instantly and mostly accurate. Only 2 disappointments were that I ordered a large drink with no ice and it was completely full of ice, defeating the purpose of even upgrading to a large, and the fries were undercooked. Overall it’s the customer service that surprised me and will be the reason for a return visit. Great job to the drive thru staff.

Food was okay, and service was quick. I ordered a 2-piece combo with fries and macaroni. Fries were cold and the biscuit was a little undercooked and doughy. Chicken and macaroni were good.
It was great to see a worker was actively wiping tables and collecting trays. Lobby was freezing cold. The self-serve drink machine was missing multiple labels, and at least one labeled soda was out.

First timer.. Pulled up to drive thru smoke coming out of girls nose an mouth she was vaping at register, asked us to pull up ten minutes later we back up to window an smoke come pouring out the window again.. No Food ready sat there waiting, she ignored us .Then when I got my chicken stripe I ate 3 bites it was Raw, I ended up throwing up an in the shitter at rest stop.. The young man just ignored us, packed up our food an handed it to us not a word.. Customer Service Horrible..
