I really wanted to be a great experience but honestly it was not good. What’s the point of using huge containers with so little food. I got 1 golden curry which looks absolutely different from the picture they have on the menu felt like they did not put everything and what I got was not worth $12 and then the kids meal for $7 with only 2 small nuggets, not even chicken strips ♀️ fruit cup had like these fruit with apple slices so think that looked like apple peels and missing the drink .. Service was not even great they did not smile, just greeting with empty greeting so dry i’d say. Food was great but they were so not generous on the amount shown on the pics lol.

They were very quick and the food was delicious. Both Preston and Jamie made the whole experience great with their amazing attitudes and professional setting manners. They did not rush me, and explained what was in the soups that I could not see the ingredients for. My family enjoys eating here very much.

I used to really enjoy Zupas but this lunch was so disappointing. It was a box lunch atan event. The unripe strawberry was not dipped. The salad had 3 ingredients and was not good. The little paper bag that was supposed to hold a roll was empty. I guess it was supposed to be gluten free but instead of getting a gluten free product they just rip you off.

I was given the wrong sandwich twice. First, a completely different one than what I ordered. Then one that was close but still wrong. I ordered a honey bacon club with no tomatoes and extra sauce. I was given a grilled cheese then a honey bacon club with no tomatoes and no sauce. I also purchased a drink because I was pitched the new drinks they had, I go and fill up a cup with root beer just for there no be no cream available. I go and ask for some, was told they’d bring some out right then, so I stand and wait for a bit. I had to ask another employee if cream was going to be provided and he said he had to make some fresh. They were currently training 3 employees and it clearly caused a drastic decrease in service. Training that many people at once caused so many avoidable mistakes. Next time I am craving Zupas, I will drive the extra distance to visit a different location.

Came here for a spontaneous dinner date with my wife, i tried their pumpkin chorizo and since i love chorizo it was a given to try this too. I was happy i did. We shared a sandwich and she got the chicken chili which was also very good. It was dead on a monday night which was so nice. I do wish that they had a more cozy vibe for being a soup and sandwich shop but they seem to like blue neon so the atmosphere was a bit confusing in that aspect. I love their food regardless and the staff was pretty nice too just not real clear on who i go to, to order which item since 1 employee doesn’t do all the stations i found out.

I Come pretty often and the workers here always have a great energy and I can tell they enjoy what they do. Hard working and nice, jamieal, Kendall, and Preston. Would recommend coming here, good food and energy

I come to this zupas because is the closest to my house. But this has happened 3 times… they forget to put something in the bag for the take-out order. I have to come back to the place to get whatever was missing and they don’t even say sorry. Get people more efficient

The mushroom bisque was a raw onion disaster. There were no actual mushrooms unless you count the tiny shreds of them chopped into obliteration to save money. The chunky “bisque” broth was loaded with raw onion. It was terrible!! The mushroom bisque had no inclination of mushroom whatsoever. This was a severe disservice to the franchise. If they aren’t willing to make it, take it off the menu. Terrible!!
