Famished after a long day I hit the drive thru for an on-the-go dinner option and was surprised when there was absolutely no answer. I circled around and went inside to peruse the kiosk to order my meal of filet-o-fish and fries after ordering the food was served super fast, but cold and under sauced. The buns were warm though and after searching to find a clean table to sit and eat in the absolutely freezing cold lobby. I scarfed down such as was edible and hit the road. The service was fast and the fries were good everything was terrible.

Food was ok. Waiting on the workers to finish their personal conversation to bring my order to the counter is unacceptable. Like 2 gossiping hens. One of the workers got into a heated phone conversation while on the clock and was yelling and cussing extremely loud. Glad I was the only customer in the store. Do better. Maybe go to the Humboldt location and take note of how you run a fast food restaurant.

Awful service. I came through the drive through at 4:00 Sunday. I waited but no one would wait on me. Then I just said Hello and the lady responded hatefully ” Give me a second”. I drove off. I will not be returning here. The last few times I’ve been there it’s been pretty bad.

Always messes up food but amazing staff and kindness but there was this one guy who yelled at us cause we asked for our missing chocolate milk but we haven’t seen that guy for a while so now it’s good and great I recommend McDonald’s if ur to lazy to cook something

Trenton McDonald’s has to be the worst in west Tennessee! Ive literally waited 30 minutes for an online order. More than once. You have to pull up and wait every single time, for at least 5 minutes. Im not saying it always been bad, but fornthe past couple of years it’s horrible.

Waited 45 minutes in drive through still couldn’t place order. Pulled to a window and could even get a explanation if drive thru was closed just told to drive around 20 minutes later im inside ordering.
