I usually don’t leave bad reviews but this one is completely unacceptable even for McDonald’s the kitchen is absolutely deplorable it took like 20 minutes to get our food it was cold and old and we were the only customer if your dinning don’t even worry about grabbing a number they called us to come get it and it was in a bag which isn’t really a big deal (on its own) we also noticed how dirty the dinning area was and even a little hair on our table honestly it’s kinda like we were being pranked if this is the new standard at least cut the price in half

They were really good until about a month ago , and now I have ate there twice this month I thought I would give it one more try and it was terrible, this is around 1230 pm , cold fries, quarter pounder looked like someone smashed it, and a bunch of onions , and I like onions, terrible, will not eat there anymore!!!!!!!

The people taking orders and giving food kept asking us to repeat what we said. Fish sandwich was tasteless and they only give you 1/2 slice of cheese so it doesn’t cover the whole filet. We asked for a glass of water. They CHARGE $ 1.37. Who charges for a cup of water. Geez. Mikey D is off my list.

McDonald’s is bad for getting orders wrong but this store is lazy. But also gets the order wrong a lot. Plus they love to make sure you’re charged for anything extra you ask for but then don’t use the same diligence to make sure you receive it. Can’t even take the time to make sure a fry is full. You put that in the bag half empty on purpose

Do not use the mobile ordering. It takes at least 20-30 minutes to sit there & wait for the food. They act like you are bothering them by ordering on the app.
