I’ve been to this sonic a few times and had no problems. I go with a friend to get dinner and we asked for NO LETTUCE on both sandwiches. Found a piece on their wrapper which is fine. But they could TASTE THE LETTUCE on a sandwich that, again, wasn’t supposed to have any and went into an allergic reaction after only eating a small portion of the sandwich. And not to mention it had pickles when pickles weren’t even added to the sandwich. Do better. I understand cross contamination isn’t entirely avoidable but there is no reason for the pickles being there and the taste of lettuce.
(In the photo, their order is the first one. Mine is the second).

The food has been very dry and often overcooked lately. Tots and fries hard. Burger patties dried up and hard to chew. Toppings very sloppy, making buns soggy. Service is always top notch and friendly. Stalls could use some help. Poles are bent, narrowing parking spaces. Some screens aren’t working. Tables out front are often very dirty with stuff caked on them.

I am probably the worst costumer at Sonic. I think I used the button four of five times, I ordered the wrong drink for my wife and forgot to ask for cheese for my kids burgers. Needed more sauce. But the staff was fantastic met all out needs even gave us a diet cherry limeaid on the house. Almost all the stalls on the left/north side were closed off with caution tape for some reason I should have asked. The food was awesome, staff were fantastic. Couldn’t have been better. Highly recommended!

It’s sonic, drive up, use the app. Eat or go home… their smash burger are awesome , wish they weren’t 12 bucks. Only gripe I have is all the ads and promos I see ALL OVER my ads don’t accept their national deals.. never works. I’ve made so many trips just to find out it’s not available.

So picture this: It’s Veterans Day. My son-an actual veteran, not just a guy who owns camo shorts-rolls up to Sonic ready to enjoy the 1/2-price shake proudly advertised on the We Salute website.
Seems straightforward, right?
WRONG.
The moment we asked about the discount, the energy shifted faster than a cherry limeade hitting hot pavement. The “We Salute” program apparently turned into the “We’ve Never Heard of That In Our Lives But Good Luck To You” program.
In the end, no shake discount, no salute, not even a confused shrug. Just vibes-and not the good kind.
Honestly, I’m convinced this Sonic location is beefing with happiness, patriotism, and maybe dairy itself. I don’t know what they’re going through, but I hope they heal.
Until then, we will be getting our shakes from literally anywhere else, including but not limited to gas stations, vending machines, and possibly a blender at home.
Do better, Sonic. Veterans and milkshakes, deserve justice.

My chicken tender wrap actually had crispy chicken! It was good. The coney and tots were good too. Ordered in the app and it came out quick.

It’s the only Sonic in town, and it’s as good as about any other I’d say. Sometimes there’s the issue of shady people approaching you at your car window while ordering and asking for money. Just hold down the horn and blare it if they do that. That tends to get rid of them.

I paid extra for extra brownie and I was served vanilla ice cream topped with approximately 5 brownie crumbs. UNACCEPTABLE.
My Valentine’s Day is RUINED.

We just spent $20 on overcooked chicken sandwich, chicken tenders and onion rings. They were all way over cooked until they tasted like cardboard. Very disappointing!

The red head that took and brought out our order was clearly not familiar with the menu and was trying to over change us for items that were supposed to be included. She was super unprofessional towards us when we tried to ask about the additional charges ($6 dollars more).
