Certainly a great place to sit down ocean front after spending a few hours on the water and enjoy the sound of waves.
Service is very prompt, we were quickly seated, promptly and politely attended to, even promptly got us replacement food when they got one of dishes we ordered wrong.
Food is not good at all. Very very oily, salty and pretty bland. I don’t think the shrimp and fish are fresh, they taste like what you get in Walmart. See the pictures, the brussel sprouts are soaking in oil. Even the local canned beer is bad, no draft. Certainly does not have good selection of vegeterian options , understood being a seafood place.
My family suggested to give 1 star, I am giving 3 because of the location and the service.

Great restaurant with a beautiful view of the ocean. Food and drink selections were basic, but delicious. Parking in the lot is $5.00 in November. Otherwise, on the street, paid parking is also available.

I ordered the shrimp tacos and fried flounder — both were delicious. The frozen margarita was tasty and refreshing, although it didn’t have much of an alcohol kick. We sat out on the patio, which had a nice view and a relaxing vibe.
The biggest issue was the service. The food takes a bit long so when we asked our server about it, she replied that it had only been ten minutes — with an unfriendly expression. She never came by to check on us during the meal, we have to ask for water and silverware. Also, she also forgot our soup. Everything else was lovely, but the service experience could’ve been much better.

Sometimes these locations on the beach lack food quality in exchange for views. This is not the case here, the tacos were fantastic, the catch of the day grilled fish sandwich was Mahi and the best fish sandwich I’ve ever had. My daughter that the BBQ wings and she was obsessed, best she’s ever had as well. They have a smaller menu, but the fish options were all fresh and amazing, you won’t be disappointed.

We had such an amazing experience at Pier 101! Adair, the host, was the first person we met and truly made the afternoon special right from the start. She was incredibly warm, welcoming, and took the time to chat with us and make us feel comfortable. You can tell Adair genuinely cares about guests having a great experience.
After talking to Adair, we decided we wanted a more fun, relaxed vibe and ended up sitting at the tiki bar, which was the best decision. Casey, the bartender, was fantastic. I ordered their signature Kokomo and my friend got the Dawn Patrol, both were absolutely delicious. Casey was attentive, friendly, and made the whole experience feel upbeat and personal.
We shared the nachos and the fried grouper bites, and both were incredible and perfect to enjoy with our drinks. Julie brought our food out to us, and she was so friendly and personable. We ended up chatting with her for a bit, and she made us feel even more welcome. Her positive attitude really stood out.
Between Adair’s warm welcome, Casey’s amazing drinks, Julie’s friendliness, and the outstanding food and atmosphere, Pier 101 delivered a flawless experience. We’ll definitely be back soon!

The atmosphere is hard to beat. The food is what you’d expect from a bar. Fish tacos were good but you won’t mistake it for a gourmet seafood restaurant. The service was OK just seemed like they had a lot of tables per server so they were stretched then. It’s a great place to watch the beach while you eat, even though you may have to fight off a few birds as you’re trying to eat your French fries. If you are busy, the beach near the pier I’ll recommend you eat here out of convenience.

Absolutely delicious! I had the salmon bowl and the bang bang shrimp and both were so good. And the setting and view from the pier was perfect Our waitress was super helpful and a sweetheart. Will definitely be back!
