Yesterday I Came to this local to pick up a door dash order. After I picking up my order I ordered myself 2 donuts for myself, nothing else. Paid and left. Checking my notifications later in the day, I see I was charged $27. For 2 donuts, clearly I was charged wrong. Here I am today, trying to get this rectified, and the manager has had me waiting for now 10 mins while he tends to other customers. Look I work retail and management too, and sometimes it get busy. But what I do know is that the unhappy customers get priority attention. You want to resolve the issue so you can repair the relationship and keep a potential repeat customer. Instead of blowing it off and getting reviews like this.

Not only was it colder inside the shop than it was outside, I would have been better off going to the gas station for better service.
Two staff working the floor, one looked like a deer in the headlights at the register; completely stunned when I tried to buy a specialty doughnut.
Getting my order took upwards of 10 minutes. Even after I received my meal deal, the 6pc hash brown was short 2 and cooked way too long.
I’ll give Chaska a try but if it’s anything like this, I’ll be going back to the reliable Caribou.

The food is decent when they actually cook it fully. The donuts are very dry and not even fully frosted sometimes. I’ve had a really great experience with the younger workers but all of the older people have been extremely rude and can’t seem to figure out the difference between a coffee and a latte. The coffee is very watery and not very hot. Someone needs to send help…

Ordered 2 Jelly Donuts and a box of 25 glazed munchkins. Received a torn paper bag with 2 jelly donuts on the bottom and about 20 munchkins thrown on top. Not the first time and almost never 25. I was bringing the box to a friend. Told the young woman at the drive thru window about the packaging and got a blank stare and a shrug. Grew up in the east coast, been a Dunkin’s fan forever. This place ain’t that! Drank the coffee , tossed the donuts and stopped someplace else to pick up something for the friend. I’d pass this one by. I’ve been to others in the area where things are done right.

Errors happens, what defines good customer service is how you fix the error. Came in ordered a latte charged for a latte got a coffee instead. Called spoke to manager, manager apologized, took down the name and said just mention the name I’ll get you your latte and give you a treat at no charge. Went it to redeem it, and worker said the latte is free but there is no “treat” I didn’t want to debate over a dollar or two and you need to speak to the manager again refused to give me her name. It irritated me to have to haggle over 2 bucks which was a gesture of apology. Dumb!

I have came here multiple times and it’s always a good experience except when this indian lady is working. I have never gotten the right order when she is there, and I usually am waiting for several minutes to be assisted. Multiple times when i have said my drink was made wrong, she just topped it with cold foam and called it a day instead of fixing the inclusions. I also was sitting in the drive thru for a whole 5 minutes waiting for them to see my car. Although, the younger ladies that work there have always been making my orders correctly and giving a great impression. Overall, some of the employees need to be checked on…

You go in and order on a terminal. There is no seating but there is a washroom. Staff are friendly.
Parking — There are 3 or 4 spaces in front of this place. There is no seating. So, you grab and leave. Hasn’t been an issue.
There is also a drive through. Haven’t used it.

Never felt so unwelcome in a fast food establishment before, extremely rude. Workers are hard to understand, some don’t speak english or are very very hard to understand. So many flys were flying around. Honestly just a really bad experience. Don’t waste your time, go to starbucks or caribou.

Dunkin’ was solid today! The croissant breakfast sandwich was really good buttery, flaky, and hit the spot. The only downside was the hash browns, which were a bit too oily. Still, overall a tasty and satisfying stop for breakfast.
