I saw a little blurb about this place on the Downtown Nampa Facebook page and thought we should check it out, my wife had the My Boy Blue burger and I had the American Cheese burger. We were very pleased with both burgers. Our server was very friendly and efficient and the atmosphere was cool and fresh. We both give two thumbs up for this place!

Just had food delivered. The fish was super crispy and absolutely delicious. The fries were the same. My husband had a Reuben and side salad. The only problem with any of it was that I forgot to get him extra ranch. He likes a little salad with his dressing. Would definitely recommend this place.

The wife and I stopped by Holy Cow and were seriously impressed. We tried the Sam Elliott Burger and the Mac & Cheese Egg Rolls, and both absolutely delivered. The sauce on the burger was next-level — rich, flavorful, and perfectly paired with the patty. But the real standout? Those Mac & Cheese Egg Rolls. Hands down one of the best appetizers I’ve ever had. Crispy outside, creamy and cheesy inside — just perfect.
The atmosphere is just as memorable. It’s got a rustic base layered with this modern, funky 90’s throwback vibe that makes it feel both cozy and cool. Whether you’re in it for the food or the experience, Holy Cow nails it on both fronts. We’ll definitely be back.

I feel in my honest opinion this place is just ok. Not super good, but not terrible either. The wings were the best of the day for this trip! I loved that for being “buffalo” they weren’t swimming in a traditional Buffalo sauce. The mac and cheese egg rolls were great as well. I got the special which was a cherry jalapeño sauce and it was good.

Holy Cow the food is delicious! This was our first stop after getting into town and wow our group was thrilled! Despite the busy condition, we were sat right away and service was fantastic. The gal who served our table was friendly and made great menu recommendations which we all enjoyed. Started with the Mac & cheese egg rolls, they were the right amount of spicy, good texture and not too filling shared amongst the table. Each of us ordered burgers and were pleased with the flavors. We had a mix of tots and fries at the table and all agreed they were equally good. Burgers were generous in size and allowed for us all to take home leftovers. Restaurant was bright, clean, and an overall nice atmosphere. Good experience, great food.

Has become our favorite place. Staff is great, chill atmosphere. They have a bar, booths, tables. You can find a quiet corner if you want. I like their Sam Elliot burger it’s really good. Good prices. Check it out!!

We got our food as takeout for a date night in. The burgers were sizeable and very tasty. It felt good knowing we are eating nutritious beef from a good source. I liked that I could get a quality side salad with organic mixed greens. This place would be a step up if they fried in tallow. Otherwise, great food!

The Mac and cheese eggrolls are amazing and the burgers are perfect. Do yourself a favor and get a side of jalapeño aioli for your fries or tots because they’re perfect companions. If Kylie is working, you should request her section! She’s kind, knows the menu well, has good recommendations, and knows how to be attentive without being too much. She’s awesome!
