I Came through the drive thru today. I had a very unpleasent experience with the rude girl taking my order on headset. She was ignoring me on purpose, she started raising her voice at me for no reason bieng hostile like me ordering food was affecting her day. When I came up to the window to pay, I noticed she did not have a NAMETAG. She didnt bother looking at me, asking for my Mc donalds Points Code or offering me my receipt she spoke to me rudely and I let her know to fix her attitude. I went to the Second Window where I ran into a LADY MANAGER who ended up bieng no help either. I was just about to start telling her what went down with her cashier when the cashier girl approached her pulled her to the side im not sure what the cashier told her. But when the Manager Came back to the window she was upset with me. I asked the Manager for BOTH there names the manager began than ARGUING with me that she didnt have to give up there names.. Manager started telling me “why do you need our names” “we dont have to give you our names” and began fighting with me. Until I told her im going to Call the number on the Reciept and complain is when she decided to tell me her name is “MONCE” but did not give me the Cashier who was on headsets name. I asked for Syrup for my order and Monce said “Im going to CHARGE YOU FOR THE SYRUP”.. Ive never had to pay for 1 syrup in my life I ordered PANCAKES it should come with syrup and MONCE DID NOT PUT BUTTER IN THE BAG EITHER..
Thanks MONCE AND HEADSET GIRL WHO TOOK MY ORDER .. MY PANCAKES WERE COLD, DRY AND MY SANDWICHES WERE WRONG …

I ordered with the Mobile app and when I arrived there was no one in line thru the drive thru. When I get to the window they still made me pull up to the last window for a 5 minute wait and the best part was that I ordered 3 big macs and only received 2 with the rest of my order. Now I am trying to call and its just a busy signal. Not the first time this happens either.

I do Uber eats I’m a driver and every time I show up at this McDonald’s the food order is usually done the problem is the workers and the company McDonald’s putting those automated machines in the front now they think they don’t have to talk customers in the lobby they don’t know if you need a napkin ketchup or maybe you’re in there for mobile pick up or maybe guess what, you can be an Uber eats driver they literally look at you and then walk away.
That’s horrible managing seems like they need new staff

Remember that meme about McDonald’s going from looking like a happy kid to a depressed adult? Well now with the new store design it went from depressed adult to prison camp food line…its literally just an empty dining hall with 5 tables and a pickup window. Definitely not gonna be bringing the kids anymore to dine in this nasty atmosphere…unfortunately… what happened? This used to be one of my favorite places as a kid…sucks that I can’t give that experience to my own kids now

service it’s self was fine. i get home to enjoy my food and they didn’t put any salt on the fries, whatever. i also asked for extra mac sauce on my burger and they overloaded it to the point where it’s falling apart because there’s so much. really makes the meal look disgusting. save yourself time and money and go to the location on ventura ave. they charge less for the food there and don’t seem to destroy the food like this location seems to do most of time i come.

Such a horrible experience, for a second time! My order was incorrect again and the employee was extremely rude! After waiting for my food at the drive-thru second window for almost 20 min, my food was cold and my order was incorrect! I asked the employee for some ketchup and she made a face, walked away and did not return. I decided to drive away and realized the incorrect order until I got home. I won’t be returning to this McDonald’s and wouldn’t recommend it! Save yourself a headache and go elsewhere.

Service is really bad management need more training on customer service managers need to care more about your business (McDonald’s owner)I bet your sales are down at least 5G a week or maybe more. Feel sorry for the area coaches managers specifically owners loosing money.
