Our order was placed online. It was said to be ready at a certain time. We arrived 5 minutes after that and it still was not ready. It was not ready for 20 minutes after the scheduled time. We ended up leaving because of the poor service.
Just ask for a refund right? Nope, they “no longer offer refunds.” Probably because they are losing so much money, because of their service.
Just a horrible experience overall.

I went through the drive in and ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwiches and a drink I got my food and usually I check to make sure it’s correct but I didn’t I get back to my destination opened the bag and found that looks like to me 2 half sandwich’s so I went back n got the correct food but as I’m leaving out I hear someone talking crap and laughing I didn’t go back to get names since I had somewhere to be I think they’re should be some more training on how to treat customers this happened 11/13/2025 at 130 pm

Ordered online for pick up. Everything was ready on time and prepared as requested. I went inside to pick it up. The staff were friendly, and the lobby appeared clean. We had the 12 piece variety bucket, mashed potatoes with gravy, coleslaw and biscuits. It was all delicious!

This is by far the best location for KFC in the city, other locations are super slow, rude and does the order incorrect.
First time at this location and the staff was pleasant, didn’t rush us to finish our order and didn’t wait at all for our food.
Ordered 12 PC wings and 2pc meal. Everything was good minus the biscuit. The biscuit could’ve been sitting for a little too long, didn’t seem as fresh as everything else.
Overall was a better experience at this location for us.

Extremely slow i ordered to pick up in store and the food was not ready i areived and was told it will take another 10-15 mins because they are busy completely unacceptable because what is the point in ordering online. I would like to speak to the manager of this location

Went there today to get a meal for the family as we like to do every christmas eve. The cashier Michelle was so kind and friendly with us even with our slightly larger order. She got everything correct and made sure everything was there before giving us the food, a real pleasant experience. Will definitely be coming back to this location.

Manager asked me if I wanted original or crispy. I asked for original. At the window he told the employee it was crispy so I knew to look. When he handed it to me I showed him the chicken and asked him if it was original or crispy. He said it was only “crispy bread”. They were out of original recipe. He assumed i would not notice until I got home. Very poor customer service.

Manager takes the order, I go into drive-thru, he literally throws my change into my hands and falls to the ground under the car and somebody behind me picks up the money and gives it to me. I asked him why he did that and he said he didn’t, but irregardless never says thank you, and I told him I’m not moving my car in till he says thank you. Refused to do it. I will never be back at this location ever again

Online ordered the previous evening an 8-piece EXYRA CRISPY dinner, including mashed potatoes, gravy, cole slaw and biscuits. After a 15 min. wait for my pre-order, I took it to the party (12 min away) and found 8-pieces ORIGINAL recipe ( not my Extra Crispy), NO potatoes, NO coleslaw, 3 (!) gravies and biscuits. What???? Called the store to report it, and received a simple, “Thank you for letting us know.”. Nothing else! It’ll be a long time before returning, if ever, and will be passing along my experience to others.

The mashed potato were small portions, my pot pie was all crust with hardly any filling, the chicken was good. Overall the food itself was great, but the portions were horrible. I spent over 100.00 for about 50.00 worth of food. Next time I’ll just get it from grocery store.
