Brutally Honest
It was very very good!! The Adult beverages 5☆s the food was delicious!! The ONLY issue that we had was the waitress was constantly at the table from the moment we sat..PUSHING trying to get us out as fast as she can, I was NOT pleased with this, I understand they go by tips but SERIOUSLY.. My husband & I haven’t been out in yrs alone together because of our young daughter.. So maybe that’s a big reason why I felt a bit offended.. But back on subject, For the amount of the bill we should not have been pushed and pushed.. 80$$ bill on a Friday at 2:30 PM.. It wasn’t even supper time and that’s when its crazy.. So disappointed. Ordered carbide to go for dinner and ordered the bourbon street steak, medium. Hubby got home with it and his food, and there were no potatoes with it and no sauce on it. I called, they apologized and said they could make a new one. Hubby had just ordered fries as he ate earlier, so he ate those while we waited, then left to go get my replacement. He got home and still no sauce and the steak was beyond well done. At this point, it was past 930 so I just ate it, but very upset that we spent the money on it. Won’t be back

I would be surprised if Dawn is still working the bar on weekdays, My wife and I have been patrons at this restaurant for many years and was never so upset when Dawn forgot to put my wifes order in when it was the 2 for 25 I asked her what happened and she admitted it was her fault. We had a bad experience 2 weeks earlier with Dawn and both ordered 2 burgers with no pink. Both burgers showed up RED. The Manager agreed. We think some employees are so comfortable in their job for being there so long is not at all good. Everybody evolved Applebee’s will remember this.. We know brownies and gummies are factors in todays employment…Not saying this is the issue

Bar service could’ve been more prompt. Had to wait approx 5-10mins for bartender to finish conversation and finally ask what we wanted to drink. Had to ask for silverware after app was delivered. Overall good but could have been better with minimal effort.

*Updating my review to say Applebee’s Manager reached out to me very shortly after my complaint. Thank you Applebee’s for reimbursing my meal !!!
So disappointed. I rarely write bad reviews, but this one is necessary. We have been to this Applebee’s a few times with good food and service. Tonight was horrible. We got Curbside for several people at a Birthday party. The food was ready in great time considering how busy they were so I was initially excited. Then we got it home. The 6 oz steak had maybe 2 oz of meat and the rest was fat. The 2 oz there was was not medium rare. It tasted almost spoiled. Bad cuts of meat happen, but you could quite obviously SEE this piece was not all edible. The steak wasn’t the typical sirloin shape, it was an oblong gelatinous blob (as pictured). The Mac and cheese was over cooked to the point of being mush that was stuck together. The other steak we ordered was also overcooked. Pretty upset we spent almost $70 for food I’d feel bad giving to my dog. I give this place 2 stars because the girl who brought the food to my car was sweet and they have given me edible food in the past.

Went to Applebee’s on KMD in Waterville the other night. Dustyn was bartending and was great. Handled the bar, to-go and service bar with no hesitation. I was in town visiting and have never stopped at this location but will be back.
Just was in for a visit tonight and Dustyn was working, had a great conversation, just ordered a beer and appetizer but did not feel rushed out. Great service.

We had to wait 20 minutes for a seat despite many empty tables. Food took over an hour to arrive and one dish was not the correct meal. Poor communication by management. Not the servers fault

Ordered 2 for $25.00, then they upcharged $4.50 each person. So insted of 2 for $25.00 it was 2 for $34.00. The appetizer arrived shortly after the meal was served. Then, to top it all off, waitress never retuned change for the bill.
