I grew up eating Pollo Campero and have been trying different locations throughout the US and this one location by far has made my childhood memories resonate back again in my heart, mind and tummy!! Guillermo, Erick and Diana run a phenomenal team. José Ayala, at the front ensuring all customers get their order correct and his excellent customer service makes you feel at home. The place is clean, the portions are great and they will truly make you enjoy the Campero experience! Yummy!!!!!

I tried this for the first and last time the other day. I ordered the roasted and fried chicken. The roasted was cold. I’m a Rideshare driver and I eat in my car. Cold food is not good. The roasted might have been good if it were hot. The fried was okay. At least it was hot. Nothing special. KFC, Popeyes and Krispy Krunchy are better. The beans were really good. But not good enough to make me go back to this place. I will stick with El Pollo Loco.

I took one bite and I had to stop and leave a review. The food is usually perfect consistently that’s why i come. This time my food isn’t fresh that’s why i gave it a 3. I guess I caught you guys on a bad day. The chicken is dry. I come here often and will keep an updated post. If this happen again I will not come here again.

As long as I have been living here, we either pass it up or throw away the coupons. This time, we are glad we stopped by. The reason why I rated a 4 star is that they were sold out of beans and rice, which was the main side I came for. They still met expectations with the fried chicken, which was fried perfectly. It was Juicy as it can be also. I really loved the mashed potatoes and gravy. You can also choose between cornbread or tortillas, which were both great. The only thing I didn’t like the taste of was the coleslaw as it was prepared differently from what I’m accustomed to. The customer service was excellent, and the establishment was spotless! Oh yea, they have real plates

This is the best chicken! I LOVED it, this is my 2nd time here and the chicken is consistently . I got a 3 piece meal. Excellent customer service, I highly recommend this chicken spot over some of the competitors. All the food has great taste and flavors! Thank you Pollo Campero.

The food is generally decent. Mostly complaining because we tried to use a buy one get one free coupon we got in the mail when we first moved into the neighborhood.
We ordered two individual meals, when we presented the coupon we were told that they would not accept it because we had to order two identical meals for the coupon to be valid.
But this is a lie because:
1)This was our second of 2 coupons we were sent and used, the first one was accepted just fine at the same location last time. The lady at the drive through said she could not accept our coupon at that exact location even though they had before.
2) it states nowhere on the coupon that it has to be used on 2 identical individual meals. It just says it excludes the 2pc and 20pc meal and expires on 5/20/2025.
Not sure why they had to be so weird about it and refuse it. Adding picture of coupon for proof.
