Definitely avoid this buffalo wild wings. This place is so critically understaffed. The wait staff are busy bussing tables. The bar staff are busy waiting tables. We waited 30-40 minutes for drink orders and about 45 minutes for our food order. I’m currently waiting 45+ minutes for the check. The place is dirty, but I’m convinced that’s the fault of management and not the overworked staff. We will definitely not be back. The franchise owner should be ashamed.

This is a decent spot to go to if you want to have a few drinks. Their biggest pro is that they have 30 beers on tap and all the sports games on. Service was unfortunately slow on a Sunday when there weren’t many people inside. Waiting a while to place order then waited a while to get the check. Other than that, the food was great! First time eatting a salad here and they were surprisingly good, decent experience and prices were low

I came here to watch the Maryland football game and they didn’t even have it on. The bar tender had an attitude about putting the game on the tv. It was not busy at all. The food was not good. Wings and wedges were Cold. No flavor, hard and just completely disappointing . Smh I will never come back to this location. You’re better off going to 711 getting some wings.

Although the food didn’t look appealing, it tasted great.
Service was horrible. We waited 10 minutes before I went to ask a server for help. I received a lot of attitude that she was busy. She eventually stopped by and again was snippy while taking our order.
She brought the wrong drinks and didn’t stop back at the table. No drink refills as she didn’t return.
We had to ask someone else for silverware.
By the end of the meal, she did come back politely and provide refills, but it was a lot late.
The atmosphere was EXCUCIATING loud at one point and kept getting louder. It took them around 8 minutes to figure out and turn it back to the regular bar loud but it seemed to fluctuate occasionally.
My recommendation would be to order food to go. Food is great. Atmosphere and service is laking severely.

We used to come in often but service got poor so we stopped coming. Tonight we decided to give BWW another go and we are very pleased! Our server Kendra was AMAZING!!! She was very kind, tentative and friendly! I highly recommend going in and asking for Kendra! Food was also very good and fresh! Way to go Buffalo Wild Wings, hire more people like Kendra!

Ive tried buffalo wild wings for delivery 2 times now and have been ridiculously disappointed both times. The portions are mediocre at best for the prices and the food is unseasoned and dry. On my most recent delivery order, I ordered coleslaw and im just gonna insert a picture of the “coleslaw” they gave me. I will never be giving buffalo wild wings another cent of my money for as long as I live.

I’ve been going there for years now and normally is ok but today was the worst experience. Service from bartender was horrible, wasn’t even busy, food came out cold and she says 25 minutes later after I was just sitting there that it was my fault I didn’t say anything sooner. I appreciate you not charging me for the boneless cold wings but zero compassion gets you this review.

me and my friends waited maybe 13 minutes to ask an employee whether or not we had to be seated by a staff member or if we could seat ourselves. when the guy got off the phone he told us to seat ourselves, and we watched later during the service 3+ groups of people getting seated by other employees including the one who told us to seat ourselves.
when we sat down at a booth, we waited 5+ minutes to get waited on and when we did, we had to ask for menus.

OUR WAITRESS PUT OUR CARD IN HER POCKET AFTER TAKING IT TO PAY OUR BILL!
We waited 10 minutes just for a drink order. Then we had to wait like 30 minutes for them to bring out our food. We got a appetizer and got that last. They just kept bring our food one at a time 5 minutes between each one. The waitress had to walk away mid order just to get a notebook to write down what we wanted. The only fine thing was the burger. Even though it was made wrong. When we were eating we heard a lady from another table go to the staff and tell them they have been here for 20 minutes and no one’s come over to them. The lady also ended up having to get a HAPPY MEAL for there child. Worse part is THEY GOT HERE 40 MINUTES BEFORE WE DID. They have like no coordination and we have sat here for 40 minutes before someone checked on us or brought our bill. There are also a lot of staff that just sit around and do nothing. There was also another table near us who has gotten nothing and have been here longer than us. We also had to ask a random employee just to get our bill and box. THEN our waitress came over to us.
This place absolutely sucked. If you want a better buffalo wild wings go to hanover PA they will hook you up.

The past 3-4 orders from ubereats were soo bad. I think the chicken was soo old.. it was soo hard to eat..
Please make sure the wings are moist, juicy and fresh. Not sure if its just the online orders or even the table service as well..
