Was a little disappointed when I ordered my three cheese nachos. The kid took the smallest laddle to put two scoops of queso in the bowl, that didn’t even fill the bottom. Then I asked for a bit more and his response was “that’s extra”. …. Even though it’s not even covering the bottom of the bowl… and proceeded to call out a “double cheese nacho” so the girl at the register would hear it. I said that’s not even double, since you only put 3 laddle scoops. Clearly we need to go back to math class. Proceeded to give me the smallest amount of chicken in my nachos. I get to the register and it’s $20!!! The bag of chips, wasn’t full enough either, but heaven forbid I said something about that too. . Will not be going back to this QDOBA! Beyond disappointed in the price gouging going on.

Who doesn’t love Qdoba’s? Well, I’m sure maybe someone out there doesn’t, but I do. This has been a great place to stop and get some lunch. The staff provides a great service. It’s always been clean, and the food has always tasted fresh.

This is how all my bowls were. I paid $42 for 3 bowls and a burrito. It barely had any rice in it. If I’m being honest, Qdoba in etown has went way down hill. I asked the (kid) making my bowls for more rice because there was hardly any in there and he said that a 1/2 of a scoop was all they could give. Would you pay $10+ for this? What if it was your money, would you be upset? ALL of my bowls looked like this. I’m very disappointed with tonight’s dinner and money wasted.

My husband and I went here on 1/17. Purchased 2 meals, both were made wrong. We asked for them not to put certain items in the bowl and burrito, the guy did not listen and continued to put all items in, after we asked time and time again prior to making NOT to add these items. He smirked, and continued. We asked for our meals to be remade by someone else and they refused as well. We ended up paying $35 and throwing all items in the trash as soon as we paid. Due to food allergys there was no way we could eat what was made. This group of workers was hand down, the most disrespectful, unwelcoming and unpleasant group of people we have ever encountered.
Not counting, the restaurant was a complete mess. No clean tables. The restaurant stunk. Awful experience at this location.

Just had the BEST Qdoba experience EVER, all thanks to Dillan! Super friendly and professional – he made sure my order was PERFECT. He went above and beyond to customize my bowl and even made sure my little one’s bowl was a hit . His energy was infectious and made our meal super enjoyable . If Dillan is working, we’re coming back for sure! Qdoba management, please give this guy a raise and more hours !

Prep lady just slung everything in the bowl because there was a line behind me. Prep table was nasty. At check out I asked for a bag of chips and the normal size bag is no longer the normal. They give you a kid size bag and I was informed you can get the same amount of chips in those. And they charge you the same price. Probably won’t be going back.

Ordered a steak burrito with a few toppings. The portion size is going down while the price is going up. Usually in the past I’m pretty full after eating one and tonight it barely put a dent in my appetite. Guys need to do better or once Chipotle comes in you’ll be out of business.

Food is delicious & fresh, and even if the line is busy, your food is still fresh & delicious, & kept warm to eat! There is no wait time when needing to place an order. The staff is quick, very helpful & very friendly, and they are able to assist you & help answer any questions. Definitely recommend coming here!

Was trying to order the Mexican Strreet Corn chicken bowl on the official menu, Dylan (the person that waited on my girlfriend) was very disrespectful- and even acted like the menu item didn’t exist?! Trying to explain the item on his own menu, he proceeded to slop together the worst bowl he could and charged us for barebone minimal effort. Absolutely deplorable customer service and was treated like we couldn’t even read a menu, when the person behind the counter doesn’t even know what they serve.
Won’t be trying this location until AFTER they get their staff under some actual proper training- much too hot or miss with people that don’t care about their job, and pass the experience off to the customer. Very sad they employ and maintain employment with such low standard people.

We got the bowls with a little of everything and steak. It was soooo good! You’re full but not weighted down with all those carbs from other places. Highly recommend!
