My new favorite location, I’m glad I live near it. came in while they were wrapped around the building expecting it to take 20-30 minutes to get my order (like usual) but it only took about 5-8 minutes!? And the staff was so kind, everyone in the back had such a great attitude it was honestly refreshing not to see a bunch of negativity in taco bell during a rush, especially the girl with pink/red hair, loved her energy sm she was so sweet!!! And for the first time ever I actually got what I ordered and didn’t have to wait on something they forgot! Everything was fresh and tasted amazing (writing this review on the toilet post taco bell, worth the stomach ache)

My dad went inside and to get a Togo order for 5 different people but on the same ticket and when he went to the counter and asked if he could order some lazy dark complected kid told him nope, u have to use the kiosk. Are people that lazy these days? News flash people, as long as you have an attitude like that Taco bell is going to be the only place u will be able to keep a job, Also I don’t see taco bell passing down discounts for people taking your own orders. I guess they hire counter people just to stand around and do nothing. I guess they can refill the hot sauce packets and napkins. Ridiculous!!!!

We went here at 4pm on a saturday. The line was quick and we got to the window fast. We had food for 3 people. We were at the window for 30mins. The girl at the window was super nice and told us the manager dismissed us and her. She gave us 2 free taco coupons because she felt and which was great. We got home and were missing 3 items. We tried to call in and they took the phone off the hook. I usually don’t leave reviews but this experience is extra bad.

I ordered through doordash. I ordered a crunchwrap supreme with no tomatoes, add cheese, jalapeños, and onion. It had tomatoes on it, and no jalapeños or onions on it. I also ordered the 5-layer burrito with no nacho cheese sauce and add onions, but it came with cheese sauce on it and no onion. The only thing they managed to get right is a soft shelled taco. I paid about $3 extra just to not get my food the way I ordered it. I am highly disappointed.

I was very upset when my grandma and I went there today. We ordered 2 number ones. Nobody informed us they were out of lettuce and we got nearly no meat and cheese. Literally it was almost just shells. I was so hungry and I had the worst month having surgery and coming home to our power out for 5 days and our food being destroyed by the storms. Literally I cried. I spoke to Caleb and he said they will make it right tomorrow and I really hope they do and we don’t have any issues because I’ll be really upset if they don’t since it was so bad. We paid almost $20 for this. I attached photos.
