My wife was in there tonight and ordered 6 hot and spicy mcchickens, she ended up with 6 plain. Went in to ask the manager if she could get the right ones, very politley, and he started slamming his fists on the counter and making a scene, and my wife offered to pay for the plain ones and he just started slamming his fists on the counter out front and in the back. That is not a way for a manager or any person in that position to act.

For a fast food restaurant you wait forever and still have your order completely messed. Owners allow it to run understaffed for employees to complain that they are understaffed but still open to make you wait for long periods of time. Orders are more messed up than actually right and the wait time for a fast food is ridiculous especially for the price they charge

My friend and I has been treated horribly by the morning staff at wellsboro McDonald’s we are not doing anything wrong not causing trouble bothering anybody or loitering while we are there. We are paying customers and all we want is to be left alone and quit being bullied harassed and talked about by the employees while we are there getting something to eat.

Their food tastes like every other McDonald’s so there is nothing wrong there, but they always seem to mess up my orders here in town. for example. A triple cheeseburger w/extra lettuce and extra bacon means I get a double cheeseburger with 2 half slices of bacon. I could have saved myself a few dollars and ordered a bacon double cheeseburger at that point. Not angry, I find it funny. Food is food I still ate it 🙂 honest mistakes

NO KETCHUP! How do you have a restaurant serving burgers and fries with no ketchup? Also, took 15 minutes to get our order delivered to our table. I could cook my own burgers and fries in less time. Definitely not a fast food restaurant.

This has got to be the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to, without fail these imitate kids always are goofing off and they don’t pay attention 9 out of the 10 times they forget multiple things on my order. And who the gell forgets the cheese on a damn CHESEBURGER! Stop hogging lazy kids and get some people that know what they are doing!

It’s McDonald’s. If you order in the app, it takes just as long as if you were to order in the drive thru. The deals in the app are really the only reason I use it. Expect a wait regardless.

This McDonalds in Wellsboro Pa was more on the smaller scale. The service was good. No major issues. If craving a little fast food, one of the few choices in the area. There are plenty of restaurants about though.
