Update: Lots of kids here after school, no supervision. They were riding their scooters inside and swearing very loudly the whole time we were eating. We ate and left quickly.
Food made hot and quickly. Mostly mobile or kiosk ordering at this location. They will still refill your soda if you dine in. Fast and friendly service. Clean bathrooms are a plus. Right next to bus stop for 114. Large double drive through.

Who ever was a manager or working the morning shift this morning needs to be fired or written up. Whoever she is built like an ice cream cone and her staff were completely rude to like 5 customers in a span of 30 minutes. Yes drive thru times are important but do better with the customer service for lobby as well there’s no reason why people are having to wait more than 10 minutes to even place an order or for food and being told that if they don’t like it they can leave. I have never seen anything like that no matter how busy you get. They yelled at a elderly customer who asked if they were going to take his order after they had all lobby waiting to even place a order and all he wanted was a cup of coffee. Yes Kiosks are a thing but that doesn’t give anyone the right to yell at a customer especially the older ones who might not understand the Kiosks. Do better.

I did a DoorDash order from this McDonald’s location. Nuggets and french fries was part of my order, but it was such a disappointment without the condiments. I added barbecue sauce and ketchup packets to my order, but it wasn’t put inside the bag. They placed all the food in the bag, but no sauce. Not only that but, they placed a printout receipt sticker on the bag and it showed barbecue sauce and ketchup packets on the receipt. I was annoyed, how do you place nuggets and fries in the bag but forget to include the sauce.
Just like at a drive-thru, when you order nuggets they ask you “what type of sauce” and you tell them barbecue sauce. However, sometimes they don’t place it in the bag and apparently that’s what happened tonight.

This place is Dirty, you can see the garbage out trash. Table are all dirty everywhere. If wanna seat probably you need to clean first, the think is the employee just were doing nothing and not a lot customers to have excuse this mess .

They allow children to run a muck bumping into people throwing food and trash and screaming slurs and the younger Asian lady tried to not give me food after I went to counter and asked for a receipt she didn’t believe me and I was in full work uniform older Asian lady took money off someone’s table you should take a page out of the McDonald’s by C. I’ve been here a handful of times in. The last year. Everything has been ok before but thus time the food was nothing to brag about. The Delhxe Quarter Pounder with Cheese had a cold nearly cold party. And the bun on the McCrispy sandwich was burned as you can see in the picture, hence the motivation for this review.
The service was ok and timely and the overall appearance was clean. Still, I don’t think they are the worst of the McDonald’s in town.

A while ago I got the McCrispy Strips for the first time with fries and a burger for my father and the McCrispy Strips tasted very good! It tasted fresh and like good chicken, this my favorite thing on the McDonald’s menu for now!
