Extremely disappointed. The tacos barely had any meat in them—just a lot of tortilla. For the price, I expect tacos to be loaded, not skimpy. This felt cheap and careless. If you’re going to serve tacos, at least put a reasonable amount of meat in them.

We are visiting from out of town. Photos make the place look great. We walked in and expected a full service restaurant. We were wrong.
They didn’t get our order right. We were missing a kids plate. Two weren’t the correct food. They didn’t get any of kids drinks. My rice bowl had burnt meat, and the shrimp is not chewable.
While we were in the restaurant, two people came and complained that their food was wrong and they were missing queso.
I’m only giving one star, because I cannot give zero. Awful experience.

I don’t usually leave reviews, as I like to give places the benefit of the doubt, but this experience was disappointing.
I tried ordering soft shell chicken tacos and was told they only offer chicken tacos fried or in a hard shell — yet I’ve ordered soft chicken tacos here before with no problem. Not sure what changed.
My quesadilla was cold, and the cheese wasn’t melted.
Lastly, as shown in the photo, part of my food was undercooked, which is unacceptable.
I’ve enjoyed this restaurant in the past, but the inconsistency and lack of quality this time were really disappointing.

So I tried to order a take out tonight, I know its late but they said they were open till 3. I get there and say I have an order. They look and they come to me saying they donr hwve an order under my name. I check and I didnt log in to the app/rewards. Okay im thinking I placed it under a different location, I drive off snd park. I remember that I gave an email, so I check my email (I was in the rught spot) I get another notification saying that they canceled my order. I park snd go up to the door to ask what it was about, the door is locked.. look if there was an issue like why didnt they contsct me? Or at the very least Tell me TO MY FACE that they aren’t able to take it, I would be less mad if they had just told me they canceled it then now. Never ordering from here again.

We are here all the time, eventually had to stop going through the drive through because they don’t like to give us our sauces, so I went inside to get my food and use the sauce bar inside, I got home and I’m eating my food as I write this, I’m about 1/3 of the way through my meal and have found 2 pieces of plastic in my sauce. Not just small little pieces, big chunks of plastic. I hope I haven’t eaten I piece I didn’t catch but this it just ridiculous. I can handle a stray hair but full pieces of plastic is unacceptable.

We used to love to come here, but something changed about the place. We feel like we’re annoying them when we come in. And I wouldn’t say that if it was just one or twice-but we used to eat there once a week & it’s pretty much every time- we just feel uncomfortable ordering. But what really did it for us is the BUBBLING SALSA in the salsa bar- it was pulsing/bubbling the last FEW times we went in there. That indicates that it’s either spoiled or fermenting and about to spoil. Yikes. That’s too bad-because they used to have the best nachos and salsa.

The last 2 times I’ve went thru the drive-thru the person on the other side. Wont let me get a word in at all and tries to get me in and out faster then I can order 2 different people same bs plow the people in and out. Because of your not letting me get my order in I wont be back to your establishment again. At this point I only want the worst for your business. Maybe taco bell could get in there.

This place has went downhill. We ordered our food and when getting home it was not correct and when calling to see if we could talk to someone to fix it was told there was not manager there to fix it. I even left my contact information because paying $36 for the churro bring the only thing correct and them refusing to make it right was just so sad.
As you can see from the photo, nachos without Pico or onions clear has them and its not something you can just pick off. Very disappointed.

The food here is incredibly good. The restaurant was clean and very crowded. The staff is nice. It’s hard to understand where to get a straw and cover for your cup. The biggest issue is the sales receipt that they give you has a number on it. That is not the number that they call when your food is ready. This is not just my order but all of my guests also were confused and other patrons as well. Great food though don’t skip out on this place.

The Dutch Style Hot Cocoa is a huge miss. Can barely taste the cocoa and looks more like shallow mud water. Nobody should order this overly diluted drink.
