Great restaurant on the water. Outside and inside seating with wine and beer available. Try the Sangria-it was delicious. We had the grouper basket and sandwich. Both tasted amazing. We also shared a piece of Key Lime Pie which is made fresh daily. It too was delicious. Nice casual place with an island vibe. Would definitely recommend.

My mother picked The Waterfront for my birthday lunch , and it did not disappoint. The laid-back beach vibe had me feeling like I was in the Caribbean with my own family from Trinidad and Dominica — no passport, no plane ticket, just pure vibes. Staff? Warm and welcoming. Food? Hands down, absolutely delicious, full of flavor, and plated with generous portions.
We kicked things off with the fried artichoke hearts: tender, fresh, and spiced just right with chili sauce. The calamari? Light, crisp, and addictive. For mains, the Cajun shrimp with coconut rice and veggies was perfection, and the parmesan-crusted grouper with wild rice and asparagus was a total showstopper. Dessert sealed the deal: a key lime pie that struck the rare balance of light and creamy with that crunchy, homemade crust.
The views are stunning, especially on a sunny day. I can only imagine the magic of a breezy afternoon by the dock with a cold beer in hand.
Critiques? One small one. The kitchen staff’s “colorful vocabulary” drifted into earshot (a door would fix that). Still, this place is a hidden gem, and I’ll definitely be back with family and guests.

What an outstanding evening watching the sunset. Karen was our server and provided excellent service and delicious food. Highly enjoyed the Shrimp and Scallop Pot Pie, and the Seafood Philly! Best part is plenty of boat parking.

My wife and I have vacationed to my family home in Cape Coral many times, with me first visiting in 2010. I’ve enjoyed many restaurants on my trips but this little secret gem on Pine Island is my new favorite place to dine.
The service was wonderful, and I regret not getting the name of our waitress that we had on 7/27/25, but she was an absolute delight. I tried the Seafood Philly, which was one of the best meals I’ve ever had and the peeled shrimp was incredible.
This little place on the water is awesome and I encourage everyone to check out their menu and go!

Run don’t walk to this place. Fantastic food. Our waitress was not only knowledgeable but wasn’t afraid to show her personality and be very social. She was great. The atmosphere couldn’t be better. Sat on the waterfront.

Great waterfront restaurant with docks for boaters. The crab cakes and grouper were excellent. It was very nice sitting outside on the patio overlooking the water.

Little gem. Bit of a drive from Englewood but meeting friends from Naples. Happy hour drinks were good and well priced – decent wine! Early birds specials. 4 different meals – all vastly different, but well received. Seafood, salads, chicken, something for everyone.
Got busy after 4:30 and server did her best to main but struggled to keep up. Be back after season!

Cute place at the end St. James Island right on the canal, we watched boats pull in and out for lunch and collected sea shells by the water afterwards. Yummy food!!
