*Edit 10/22/2025: As promised, my wife and I journeyed to Hapeville (Atl), Georgia to visit this Schlotsky’s due to some kind of technical mixup in Sep ’25.
I am pleased to report this is one of the better Schlotsky’s we have visited. Not only was the store visually appealing due to it’s cleanliness, it’s employees were energetic, courteous and efficient. The lady taking my order even alerted me to the fact that I was ordering the most expensive sandwich they had – she was absoutely correct and I appreciate the heads up but I planned to save most of it for a long layover at the airport. By airport standards it was very reasonably priced.
Both restrooms were spotless and well stocked and the parking spaces were sized so that the average SUV can easily fit and not be concerned with door dings – this is rare these days.
This was a very pleasant experience so my wife and I plan to visit everytime we are in the area.

To the employees of the Hapeville Schotzsky’s: I am embarrassed and extremely sorry this happened. I have never been to your store but will do so in the next couple of months and write a complete and honest review at that time. My apologies.

We were only in Atlanta overnight and wanted a sandwich for dinner. My husband found this on google. It had good reviews. The man who took our order was friendly and got it right no onions and only 1 type of cheese. The sandwich was made fresh and was out quickly. I had turkey and salami which was plentiful and my husband had the Reuben which he said was good! I would definitely recommend this place and I would go back again the next time I’m in the airport area!

Not a ‘classic’ deli. I have no idea where the Cinnabon mashup comes in (corp. thing, I guess).
Had a decent sandwich ; only NY style offering was a reuben, according to menu – but makes sense cuz it started in Austin lol.

I see they’ve remodeled, I haven’t been to this location in almost 20 years. I had the Fiesta chicken sandwich on jalapeño cheddar bread. I went right before lunch time so it was only one other customer. The staff was very nice and welcoming. Answered all my questions and gave me suggestions. All I had was a single sandwich and it was nice and fresh. The bread was a little crispy for my liking like it has been toasted but I know that for next time. Add some hot sauce to your sandwich, it has very good flavor. Overall I’d visit again. Store was very clean, staff is nice, and the food is good.

Walk in the door to warm smiling faces and the smell of Hot Bread!! I really like that you can customize their already amazing sandwiches!! As a lover of Sourdough, theirs is really great!! Nice Flavorful, Fluffy and still has the outer shell Crunch that I adore!!! The staff is wonderful and they get your food ready to go or bring it to your table. All that and they have a drive thru!!! Not to be missed is the Cinnabons, Soups and the cool selection of drinks!! So if you haven’t been I definitely recommend giving them a try! Loads of parking and not far from the ATL Airport!
