This evening my family stopped in for dinner. As soon as we were finishing ordering the system went down. The manager Raeann quickly jumped into action and kept her team members as calm as possible while trying to get the system back up and running. She was polite and professional. The team members were very polite and apologetic. We always enjoy stopping into the Perrysburg location (even if it’s a 25 minute drive) and will continue! Thank you Raeann and team!

Serving size is a joke now, the bowls were maybe half filled for my wife and I on our most recent visit. This location used to be decent with their serving sizes but they’ve gone downhill significantly.

Forget my salsa and never bagged it. There was like 10 chips in my chip bag. Women starting my burrito and my wife’s bowl was not pleasant. The Second Gentleman who finished them seemed nice. Cashier barely spoke two words. Not a friendly environment and not impressed at all.

I ordered a bowl with brown rice and the rice was undercooked and extremely crunchy. I have never experienced anything like this before, the rice looked and tasted like it had not been cooked at all. I am very disappointed because I normally love chipotle. The undercooked rice ruined my entire bowl. I also noticed while looking through reviews that quite a few people have experienced the same issue. I will not be back.

I ordered just one burrito from the app, it was not busy in the store when I went to pick it up. Still my burrito was wrapped so sloppily that it all fell out of the tortilla before I could even finish getting the tinfoil off. Good luck trying to call the store or use the app to request a refund, since both just direct you to an AI chatbot that is incredibly frustrating to deal with.

I drove 45 minutes to get home and not have my full order. I ordered 2 kids meals and only received 1 meal with 2 kids cups. They put both the meal stickers on…1 box. I tried to call the restaurant and they don’t except calls. Maybe the manager will see my review and email me a credit with an apology. My pickup time was for 3:20pm on 11/30/25. Check your bag before leaving when you pick up your order!
