Me and my brother had gone to the Sonic on Georgia. We were there picking up a to-go meal that we placed on the mobile app. Just some small stuff like mozzarella sticks and jalapeno peppers when we got there we asked them if we could have some extra sauces and if they cost anything. We asked for a couple of crazy sauce, a couple of marinara and a cup of ranch. The lady who was on the speaker said they would have it right out. So we wait 10 to 15 minutes. Maybe even 20 and they bring it out and everything was in the bag except for the sauce. Now we push the button again and we asked them once more and it was a different ladies and she was very rude and bitter and she said well. Usually we charge for those but this time we’ll let it slide and so me and my brother wait in a few minutes later. This girl comes out this an absolutely disgusted look on her face. She was not kind. She was very mean and she proceeds to hand us one ranch dressing. That’s it. No crazy sauce. No marinara sauce. That’s it. And now honestly I don’t really care about the sauce. I care about how we were treated. We came to that establishment instead of any of the other ones and we got treated like absolute garbage. I do not recommend anybody go to the one on Georgia. Ever again for their treatment of their customers is absolutely downright, disrespectful and disgusting. I personally will never be going back and I will 100% be going to the one on tuscosa road which is way more polite, kind and has a really nice atmosphere to the people working at Sonic. You guys really need to get on that and fix that problem of your staff on Georgia and I would put zero out of five stars if possible

I ordered food for my toddler, what I received was poor quality and unedible. The corn dog was burned also looked like it had a bite taken out of it. I will not be coming back to this location. I recommend people check their food especially the new dollar line up. Even if it is cheap it should still be cooked correctly and be eatable.

Service was great! Young girl working the window had EXCEPTIONAL customer service and was such a doll!! I ended up calling when getting home, because I ordered tater tots and didn’t receive them, then again it’s possible they weren’t added to my ticket. Regardless it’s okay I wouldn’t have ate them all anyway. The gentleman who answered the call was probably a manger not sure, but he as well was the most kind!

I showed up at ten ’til closing and these folks made the best burger I’ve had in ages! I apologized a few times for being there so late, but they weren’t having it. Also, the new Bacon deluxe double sonic smasher burger is incredible. I hope it sticks around forever. If I still drank soda, they’d get kudos for that, too, I’m sure.

Literally ordered a breakfast toaster sandwich with bacon just a few minutes ago. I even looked up to make sure I didn’t order it wrong. A breakfast toaster doesn’t come with lettuce. And I cannot just take it off it’s melted in the cheese. I’m very disappointed. And the girl only window taking the order was not nice or friendly or welcoming, honestly the first time having that problem at this Sonic Location because it’s normally always great.

Every time I order from this sonic my food is wrong. I came here today and tried to order 2 grilled cheeses for my kids and 3 pretzels. They couldn’t hear anything I was trying to order thru the intercom. After repeating my order 3 times I got to the window and paid. I got home and didn’t get one of my grilled cheese sandwiches because they never put it in the order and there was no cheese sauce for the pretzels. Who gets pretzels without cheese? I went back for the cheese and was told I had to pay for it. I was pissed because the online menu says it comes with the pretzels. I reluctantly paid for the sauces for the pretzels and they tried to give me 2 instead of 3. I didn’t even bother trying to get the second grilled cheese I needed because I was done dealing with them, I went somewhere to order it. I HATE THIS SONIC!

I placed an order at 3:53 pm and showed up at 4:01 pm. I waited for over 20 minutes while several cars pulled in, got their order, and left. I went to the door and was told I had to wait. I tried to get my money back and was told I have to call a customer service number. I am still sitting here waiting for my order, and it has now been 26 min. The car hop at the door was rude and seemed to not care. I went in very respectfully as I know they are just doing their jobs. I spoke to the manager who also seemed to not care. I have an 11-month-old baby in the car who is crying and upset, and this is the worst service I have ever received.
