After reading multiple reviews, I was still surprised by this cavernous creation, located in a repurposed factory. Despite having the Patriots on a massive jumbotron, there were tables available. Though the noise was considerable, it was not overwhelming. A massive line of taps was attended by several pourers. Flights could only include Elicit Brews, but I was fine with that.
A large nostalgic sign and arrow said “Eat Here” but it was the location to order food and pick up a buzzer. Options were a nice variety of pub food; burgers, tacos, appetizers, and one of my favorites, fried pickles.
The food was great, the beer was delicious, the Patriots were on fire, and all was right in my world.

Ample space and a wide variety of great beers. Unfortunately the food selection was a bit lacking. There were a few things crust pizza options that were ok. Live music upstairs if you are in to that but the main space was quiet enough.

We had a great time stopping in here to kill a few hours. The Halloween decorations where a lot of fun and really added to the fall atmosphere. The food and beer were great. I tried the mushroom swiss burger and it was one of the best I’ve ever had. We also tried a plate of the pretzles. They were good but the beer cheese was so so.
As for drinks we did a flight of beers and my partner who usually doesnt like psl anything actually lived their psl beer. We also loved their coffee porter. I was disappointed in their mojito that was advertised as part of happy hour all they did was put some ice and mint leaf in a glass filled it from the tap. It wasn’t great.
I was disappointed in the game room. Its just a few pinball machines, a claw machine and a couple other games. There was seating in the small game room so I felt awkward even thinking about playing a game dues to all the couples sitting close by trying to have conversations.
We eneded up sitting and chilling on the couches near the food bar. They were actually quite comfy. The only thing that would have made this part better would have been some board games to choose from.

I went to Elicit on a Saturday night for a friend’s birthday and omg it exceeded my expectations. It started off as a chill night with drinks and food, and we were hanging out on the second floor (I usually stay on the first floor, which is okay but not really hype). But after around 10, the second floor got lit.
The DJ absolutely understood the assignment the music was super diverse and had everyone having an amazing time. I honestly miss nights like this because CT has been feeling a little boring lately , but last night was definitely a vibe. I had so much fun and will 100% be going back.

Elicit Brewing Co in Manchester is, in many ways, an excellent establishment. The atmosphere is vibrant and welcoming, the food is of high quality, and the overall setting creates an enjoyable experience. The individual assisting with food service was kind, attentive, and contributed positively to the evening. These elements together reflect the potential of this venue to provide a consistently outstanding experience.
Unfortunately, my visit was overshadowed by an incident that occurred on Sunday evening at approximately 8:30 pm. The male bartender with short hair deliberately ignored my attempts to pay, despite clearly seeing me. What made this particularly frustrating was that the bar was not crowded, and he appeared to act “busy” without reason. Such behavior is unprofessional, discourteous, and entirely inconsistent with the otherwise positive environment. While I recognize that mistakes happen, the intentional disregard of a customer is unacceptable. This interaction turned an otherwise enjoyable evening into a disappointing one.
Elicit Brewing Co has much to offer, but staff who intentionally ignore customers reflect poorly on the establishment. A bartender who chooses to behave in this manner should not be in a customer-facing role.

We used elicit brewery for our rehearsal dinner and it was the easiest planning experience. Lindsey helped us every step of the way! Our event coordinator the night of kept us up to speed on everything. The food was delicious, the drinks were amazing! They are super attentive! We will definitely go back again!

Connecticut has its share of breweries but this one has more than just their own beer. Tried the porter and an IPA at the upstairs bar where cocktails are also served. Great tasting beer and lively atmosphere. Food is also available on the first level. Love the transformation of mid 1800s mill buildings into a space like this. Event space available, plenty of parking. Easy on and off from i84.
