I ordered a double cheese pizza.
The pizza came out in 15 minutes.
The crust was different from any I’ve had. It was crunchy, with a gritty texture from the cornmeal and pockets of air. The sauce was thick and flavorful, with plenty on the pizza. The cheese also had a nice taste and was plentiful.
The restaurant was clean but did have a very classic grungy Italian atmosphere. Even had an older guy in the rear of the kitchen sitting in front of a small TV watching a sports game. Two different families in there celebrating two different occasions and having a great time. You can tell it’s a local favorite.

This place has long been a staple in the Louisville community. You go for the pizza. The interior is long overdue for updates. You go for the pizza. I had the pepperoni and sausage “double”. This was plenty of pizza for two people. The crust is crispy and delicious. The sausage is yummy. Check it out because, you go for the pizza.

Ordered by phone and when I got there it smells so good in there. I was picking up a couple pizzas for family. Extra banana peppers and out the door. Lady at counter was super nice and food was on point. We loved it. I have only got to eat inside like twice in my life but it was a decent spot with sports on tv. I’ve never had a bad experience. Cash only but worth it.

3.5/5. I was told this may be best pizza in Louisville so I had to check it out. They do cash only no cards . Place looks like an old bingo hall or something converted to pizza parlor. Very old and vintage feel. If you need a blast from the past walk in here for a pizza . I ordered my pizza and soda and waited maybe 10/15 minutes. Didn’t seem to long . The pizza was good and had great flavor . I don’t know if it’s hands down the best but worth trying. We all like different pizzas so it’s ok if u disagree. I can see why some ppl may like it more due to the tasting of the toppings. I like a good mix of toppings and sauce. I couldn’t really taste the sauce.

We had a good experience at this restaurant. The pizza was good. Thin and crispy crust. Pretty reasonable pricing as well. It is a cash only spot. For four adults we split the family size and it was more than enough. I recommend sitting in the middle so you don’t hear the loud speakers as much. There were cobwebs around the windows and near the ceiling.

This place is worth a stop, interesting setup off Dixie hwy in Louisville.
Order at the counter whike you watch them make dough and labor the ovens and get you card, once they call your 3 of diamonds you scuttle up there and pick up at the counter.
Wide selection of beer for a small joint, gobblet is best value and the pitcher is a close 2nd.

This is hands down the best pizza in Louisville. DO NOT do carryout. Once it goes in the box, the moisture gets trapped and the famous crust is not the same.
Yes the actual restaurant could use updating and a cleaning, but you come for the pizza, not the scenery.

Weird horrible experience, you walk in nobody greets you nobody tells you what’s going on, the environment is rundown, some of the chairs need to be thrown in the garbage, there’s cobwebs in the corners, the carpet stinks, and the blinds are broken and need to be replaced. You had to pay with cash separately for the pizza and then cash separately for your drinks, really weird. No way trust you see yourself it’s like a picnic, or maybe an inside food truck. I dare not go into the bathrooms. Every bite of the pizza came with a weird taste. This is not a place I would recommend to anyone. The crust was weird. I feel sorry for this family and the old man that I saw there in the back in the kitchen. This was a very weird awkward experience. Not only that it was very dirty.
