There is nothing better than having a White Castle. This experience was, eh. The fries tasted like grease, but we’re hot. The burgers seemed a little more mushier than usual, but we’re hot.
The drive thru has changed. Similar to chick-fil-a. The drive-thru window is a moving window/door/wall. The gentleman came outside to us for payment. We were asked to pull forward, so we did. We ordered our food at 8:17 and got it at 8:25. We ordered 2 cheese fries and 4 dbl cheeseburgers. One of the cheese fries had a piece of bacon on it. I mean, we like bacon. But we didn’t order any on the fries. Bonus, I guess.
We went here for dinner this evening. We dined in. The food was made right and was good. There were flowers on the tables, and the restaurant was clean, minus a few tables that still had crumbs on them. The drive thru was fairly consistent with cars. We got our meal fairly quick. The staff were friendly.

Drive through robot was not rude, and my order was correct. For a change, this WhiteCastle gave me good looking, good tasting burgers. Finally found one that still cares what they serve, and treats customers like they matter. Real person at pick up windows was cool too. 🙂

The sliders were good, hot, fresh and tastey. The fries, onion chips, potato cheese hash nuggets were all terrible and inedible. Crew was friendly and efficient enough.

Avoid this location if you want to avoid poor customer service and no food.
The drive thru worker at 8:51pm on 12SEP25 had horrible customer service (hopefully you all determine who was working during that time). We waited at the order intercom for ~5minutes with no answer. We pulled to the window and tried to order but there was a car there waiting for food for approximately 15 minutes. When it was our turn at the window she denied taking our order saying we needed to get to the back of the line and try to order at the intercom again. A simple “hi, I’ll be right with you.” Could have avoided this situation.

Could hardly hear the mumbling thru the speaker but once I finally placed my order I sat in the driveway thru for 20 minutes behind 4 other cars before finally just pulling off and going somewhere else!!

I downloaded the app and I got a really good coupon. I was able to get four original sliders, a fry and soda for free. While I was there I noticed how clean their dining room was and they had it decorated for the new graduates. They had red white and blue theme all through the dining room. It was very nice to see a fast food place decorated. The bathrooms were also really clean. The woman at the counter was friendly and efficient. They had a lot of people in the Drive-Thru and quite a few people inside the restaurant and they were working effectively to get everybody taken care of. I would highly recommend this location if you are in the area and you like White Castle

The service was horrible the lady working was rude as hell! Literally rolled her eyes because I had a separate order than my father! She was yelling at all the other workers an seems like they were a Lil over her attitude also! She DOES NOT need to be working in any type of customer service area until she changes her attitude! I didn’t get her name either…also the food was literally soggy an doughy! My dad has issues eating crunchy or hard things cuz he’s lost a couple of teeth so this is why we decided to eat here but he took 1 bite of a sandwich an started gagging an said it was like it had been soaked in water! When i touched my sandwich the bread stuck to my hands like it had turned back into the sticky gooey dough like it was before it turned into bread! I have never been so disappointed honestly in a restaurant than I was from this white castle.. I definitely would not recommend at all!

I doordashed some lunch for me and my mom. Very small order. 2 Sliders, chicken sandwich, french fries and onion petals. I double checked the receipt to ensure I ordered a small fry. I did, but they were not included. Not a difficult order or a hard job. Disappointed in spending $3.25 on something I didn’t get.

I’m a big White Castle fan and I try to give this store chance after chance to get just one of my orders all the way correct and it has just never happened. How hard is it to follow special instructions like add extra pickle or no onions or swap different cheese on a burger? I used to work at a castle years ago and would put all of these new gen employees to shame. Stop being so damn lazy and take some pride in your work! Never again will I order from here. Do better

1 star only because I can’t pick 0 stars!!!! I have been coming to this white castle for years and I’ve never had food as bad as today. We ordered fryer foods and it was disgusting couldn’t even eat it. I ordered the new chicken sliders and they were so dry I didn’t even attempt to eat those. Hands down the worst food I’ve ever had.
