Went in for breakfast Sunday with my family, took double the amount of time to be seated as what we were told, no big deal. Was then seated and waited for half an hour, not a single server came to us. Eventually went to ask front of house staff if we could put in an order for our drinks, she took our drink order herself, and then we waited another 15-20 minutes before leaving and going to Applebees. We seldom go to IHop and this only reminded me why.

Food was fresh and hot. 45 min. wait for a table and 30 min. wait for food cause there’s was 2 people in the kitchen and a server (The Manager) she was sitting, serving and cleaning tables, basically running the restaurant by herself, poor lady, she was very friendly. Restrooms were disgusting.

Came in as I had plans to meet someone here to sign some paperwork..!! Met a waitress at the door coming in that I would say acted as tho she was bothered that I walked in the door..!! She then asked if it was just me and I said there will be 2 of us so corner booth would be good..!! Did all of my paperwork and the other person left so I’m sitting here flopping the menus around to maybe quietly get the waitresses attention yet to no avail after sitting for a good 10 minutes with none of the waitresses looking my way I actually had to rudely say Excuse Me to get someone’s attention..!! Not the first time this has happened and will be the last time I ever set foot in this establishment again..!! When waitresses expect a gratuity then perform like you want that and there won’t be a problem..!!

Only a 15 min wait. The waitress forgot about my family and had to ask us if she got our order. Upon receiving food some of it was cold. Waitress did not stop by our table for drink refills or to see how everything tasted. Had to ask another employee to get a manager as we were sitting there for 15 min after others finished their food. Manager did take 1 meal off the bill as it didn’t get eaten.

Me and my boyfriend decided to order a pickup from ihop today, I put my order in at 11:15 and it was ready by 11:30 when we arrived, he placed his order at the same time and he walked in to get and they said it would be 5 more mins. He walked back in and they said they had to remake it? Then he went back in 15 mins later and still wasn’t done. Overall, it’s 12:50 and we just got his order. Left and there was no syrup in the bag after purchasing it. Host was rude and didn’t know how to handle the situation. Really disappointing. Won’t be back.

I went here on Labor Day, and it wasn’t that busy, but the place wasn’t I expected it to be. The reason why I gave 2 stars was that I had a hair in my ranch dressing, I had ordered the chicken tenders, and they also was overcooked. The reason I gave 1 star for service was cause the server was a bit slow at bringing our food out. We kept having to ask other servers to bring us napkins, straws, and more ranch. I gave 3 stars for Atmosphere cause the other guest seemed to like the place. The bathrooms were really nasty, had mold in the vents, also above from we were eating there was a vent loaded with dust. It was really gross. I took pictures, have a look yall….

Honestly the food here is delicious, and I would highly recommend it, but the long wait time and lack of safety and cleanliness during this time lowered the rating I gave.
I ordered the Chicken Fajita Omelette, which was a mild combo of chicken, poblano pepper, onion, and cheese. Not spicy at all, just tasty. The pancakes were light and fluffy.
The person I was with ordered a yummy breakfast scrambler with a side of Swedish crepes, which we both loved, especially the jelly on them.
Server was very friendly and fast and even offered to take our picture together.
We used the Yelp app to wait in line virtually, and the wait was about 20 minutes longer than the actual estimate on the app.
There were people allowed in the restaurant and walked by the hostess to their table who were not wearing masks.
Also, the table we sat at was clearly not cleaned before we were seated at it. I watched as a group of customers nearby left, and the table was bussed but not cleaned before the next group of people sat down at the dirty table.
Clean next time please, IHOP! Especially with the pandemic going on considering that you have customers eating there.

Great staff and food, atmosphere is nice too. You may have the occasional cranky customer near you and the wait for food is a bit long, but overall nice. One of the menus had an upside down page too. Found a hair in my honey mustard but I’m not picky about that, so if you are, take this review with a grain of salt!
