We ate here twice during our visit. The food was excellent and the service first rate. We ordered the Oaxaca Springs Roll. They were light and very flavorful. The Kettle Carne is an absolute must order. Slow cooked and full of flavor. Highly recommended the Sonoran Steak Salad was tender and very flavorful. Birria Enchiladas were very tasty and loaded with flavor. Nice happy hour savings and drink specials. Highly recommend Blue Agave for very flavorful and well cooked faire. The ambiance is fun with great decorations and comfortable booths and tables throughout

In from out of town tried blue agave for the first time. Food and service was excellent. Randy our server gave great recommendations. We will eat here again before we leave. Carne Asada bowl and cilantro chicken were both excellent.

Shhhhh, keep it a secret because little gems like this are so fun! Authentic interior thats not decorated by corporate marketing. Front patio and staff are all great! The food? Unique flavors and a twist on the original dishes.

First time visit to this restaurant. Was told it’s been there for 19 years!

Stopped in for lunch and noticed they had a special. Chips and salsa were delicious along with the ultimate burrito special. I got mine in a bowl.

Adriana, our server did a fantastic job, she was very attentive and informative.

We will definitely be back for more excellent Mexican food! Thank you!

The service was good, nice atmosphere. I ordered shrimp street tacos and it came with rice and beans. The rice was overcooked and gummy, the beans were kind of bland. The shrimp was extremely salty inside the tacos. I tried to use the spicy sauce to wash out the salt but it didn’t help much.

We ordered the regular queso dip for a starter and while it was good, it had spinach in it and it tasted more like a spinach dip rather than a traditional queso dip…I asked the waiter prior to ordering what was in it and he only said pico so we ordered it…my son hates spinach so I wouldn’t have ordered it if we knew.

My son ordered some kind of chicken taco and he enjoyed them. He did a double ordered so he could have two.

I would give them another try but would order something different next time.

Nice little spot. Went for a weekday lunch. The food was delicious and came out very quickly. Excellent chips and salsa. Enchiladas, rice, and beans were all top tier. I would definitely return.

Surprisingly Good! The place is a sports bar with lots of TVs and trivia going on. The service is fast and food is quite good with good size portions. The very average salsa and chips come out quick followed by your drinks, app and entrees. The dessert takes a little longer.
We got the 3 course for two for $55. This is a special deal for restaurant week and it’s a great value.

Blue Agave! You’ve won me over… I love birria and I’ve had weight loss surgery. My husband loves a place close by but I can’t eat there bc I can’t and won’t pay $20 for a meal I am taking 4 bites of. BUT tonight I ordered the Birria soup. Yesssss not only delicious but a small cup for Less than $6. I have found my spot. Thank you. If I could substitute the corn (bc I can’t eat it) with onions we’d be in trouble BUT it only had a little bit of corn so it was easy to remove. I will be sharing this Bariatric find!! I am so happy… also my husband said next time he’s getting a Bowl to himself. lol

I have nothing but good things to say about the servers but unfortunately the food was not good. We went on a Monday night. Two people had the fahitas, I had the ground beef taco salad and my brother in law had a chimichanga. No one liked their food. We started with a half serving of nachos for our appetizer. The chicken tasted good but there was almost no cheese which I was looking forward to and the cheese that was on it was so congealed that we could not get it on our chips. My taco salad also had an extremely small amount of cheese and the ground beef was burnt. The others said their food was dry and tastless. This was our first visit so I don’t know if it was just an off night or regular fare. I will not be going again.

This really should be a one star but im not that mean.
Guys i get it we are not regulars (who get treated like royalty) but man having our drinks being empty for over 20 min (yes it was timed this is not an exaggeration) and being ignored so many times i had to walk over and ask for another round. If yall want more people to come by man you really have to be a little bit more friendly to new guests.
Felt like a ghost seeing all the regulars having their waters and sodas refilled.
We just wanted another round of actual drinks and wouldve stayed longer.
Lady next to us dropped her coke baggy but it got returned by one of ur fellow patrons.
I dont think well be returning and obviously have a pretty bad taste in our mouths from a bad experience that couldve been avoided with simple steps of service.
Being in hospitality for 20 years my advice to you is just to do better, treat everyone the same. Im 100% bill tipper and i tipped accordingly tonight. Sorry if you felt it was unfair but we were there for 1 1/2 hours and our table was touched once.
