Went in there tonight to feed my family and waiting for about 15 min for my food and got all the way home and they forgot my fish sandwich. 1st of all I waited along time for my food. 2nd of all for the prices you charge they should make damn sure I have my food. Never again Culver’s. To many fast food places in Oregon to eat and with chick fila coming in. I hope you close

At first it was a special occasion. Our first anniversary. Much later on another special occasion. Our boys first birthday.
Well, as it turns out, it’s such a nice place that we have found a way to afford the means for frequenting this place. While expensive, it’s definitely worth the visit.
Whether it’s a special occasion like your mother’s 50th or your son’s graduation, if you can afford a visit to Culver’s, I highly recommend it. The staff is excellent and the food is even more excellent. The broccoli is the best in town. Although my son likes the corn dogs, I personally favor the ice cream.

Wait was long. Guy sounded confused when we tried to order a strawberry cooler. Didn’t know what a cooler was. Thought we wanted a mixer. Also got fish sandwiches and didnt see till after we left that it had no toppings and no tartar sauce. Just fish and bread. Don’t waste your time and money here.

I went through the drive through, ordered 1 medium concrete mixer. “Pull ahead, well bring it right out”. 15 minutes later I went in and got my money back. Hadn’t even started it! No apologies, no explanations, just here you go, here’s your money back. I went to dairy queen and had a blizzard in 2 minutes flat.

Stopped in on my way passing through the city of Oregon. This Culver does things a little differently than ohio…. They take your order and give you a number and have you pull aside to have the order brought to your car. My food was hot and fresh! I love their little fresh burgers. Better tasting than McDonald’s or Wendy for sure! Now the second time I visited this one, I will say I was totally disappointed in their fish sandwich! Looks nothing like the picture on the menu lol It’s a waste of money. It’s a little strip of cod fish tender on a big bun. And for the price of 6.89!!! No way! Plus it was tasteless! No flavor at all. I didn’t even really eat it. I basically just ate the fish strip. Good thing I tried a frozen cocao malt! It wassss good lol so all in all! Culver’s is okay on certain items in my opinion. Burgers slam tho!

I usually go through the drive thru and the staff is always polite and ready to answer any questions. Their system is effective and efficient. You order, pay at the window, receive your drink and then pull over to whatever numbered spot they tell you. In a few minutes maybe longer if they’re busy, your food is brought to your car all nice and hot.

Their butterburgers are absolutely delicious. Made the way you want with all the condiments you want and whichever type of cheese you want and you can add bacon which I did and it was nice and crisp bacon but not too crisp but not too limp! The crinkle fries were made to perfection with the right amount of salt. The entire experience was perfect including our order taker… he was awesome. He even complimented my shirt which said “I came I saw I had anxiety so I left” he immediately said I love the shirt and feel the same. Just a great experience all around.

My first visit and I was pretty disappointed and I don’t agree with all the hype. I purchased a highly recommended cod dinner (and paid an upcharge for onion rings) from the drive thru. Drive-thru staff was very nice. When I got home I discovered the fish was so overcooked it was chewy. I called the restaurant back and took the two pieces to exchange for fresh and hopefully not overcooked. While the second batch of fish was a little better it was still very dark and had a funny aftertaste like old cooking oil. The fries were almost tasteless. The onion rings were pretty good but again, that funny aftertaste of old oil. The tartar sauce was …meh.
The drive-thru staff was very nice as I mentioned but in my opinion front-of-house needs work. There must have been fifteen people working and not one person acknowledged me for a full three minutes and didn’t until I walked to the furthest cash register.

We love the food here, and we eat at this location a lot, because it’s close to home. BUT…what we don’t like is that the place is always “filthy”!!! The tables are always dirty, food is all over the floor under the tables and the drink/condiment area is a mess!! Today, the un-sweetened ice tea was empty. Puddles of condiments all over the counter & pop spilled everywhere . We always have to “clean our table”, before sitting down to eat! I saw 2 women go to 3 tables, that were all dirty, before they finally sat outside. This has been going on for over a year. I notice your staff has all kinds of time to “stand around & talk”, behind the counter. Please clean your restaurant up!!! Your food is too good for this dirty place!!!
